Consistently the slowest service I've had at a Taco Bell (drive thru) and gotten our order wrong on multiple occasions.

As being a vegan I understand it is hard for many people to understand what “vegan” means. But after two times coming back to fix the order to what I had ordered, they still insisted on putting cheese but the third time they added chicken and I just gave up. ?

This Taco bell does a really good job of running through long lines which is necessary with the high traffic area it is located in. I also want to add that they have never messed up my order and my wife asks for things without certain ingredients all the time. Food is always good and fresh so I have to govee this location 5 stars. Cant think of a single complaint for this well managed Taco Bell

Absolutely terrible staff. They were incredibly slow, messed up our order, and then expected us to wait in their 30 minute line to get it fixed. They wouldn't let me bring it in the lobby to be fixed. They wouldn't let us add an item at the window prior to that because of how long their line was. And the only reason the line was backed up is because they're just horrible at their jobs. There wasn't even that many people trying to eat there. They should close the store before allowing a staff of that level of incompetence represent them...

I have been coming here for a long time, but as of lately I have been putting in store pickup orders only to be told to go in the drive thru. Its 9 am right now and the lobby is closed. What is the point of having instore pickup or even having a lobby if its constantly closed

Put in a fairly expensive order, which included some sauces. Got the delivery, not one sauce in the bag. Sorry, tacos are much better with taco sauce on them. May be a trivial thing to some, but I like the sauces. Tried to call to see if they could rectify the situation, and after five minutes of getting nothing but a busy signal, gave up.

Forgot my sourcream they were so behind. One employee kept touching his glasses with gloves on. Pulling up his pants. Constantly

I constantly have problems with this location. I almost never get every item I order and they put in items I didn’t order. I also haven’t gotten my money back from a mobile order they “never received” but the transaction went through. The 10pm crew just does not care

They messed up my mobile order. I took it home realized it wasn’t correct drove all the way back to the store. It took them another hour to fix it and then they refused to give me a discount.

I want to give a shout-out to every member on the staff I go here too many times a week whether it’s breakfast or lunch. The staff is amazing I always have weird customization I do mobile orders and they always accommodate. Amazing, they’re always on point and make my order perfect and have the best customer service. Marie I saw you before and after work shift and your attitude was the best even after 10 hours. I appreciate everyone on the staff and I don’t care about their $500 incentive for the official Taco Bell survey. Each and everyone of y’all are amazing I wish we could leave tips. They work hard and they’re consistent they have potential and deserve so much more.
