Update - this location is out of fresh bread, cookies, pickles, cups… what in the world is management doing here??? How do you run out of half of your inventory needed to service your customers??? Also - why do you make staff close ALONE??? That is so dangerous!!Please tell me why this location closes in an hour and they just locked the door while my husband was inside getting our subs? We ordered online and the employees are complaining about having to do online orders and decided to lock the customers in the store with an hour before closing?? The employees are also complaining the entire time while making the subs.I paid $12 for double meat, double cheese… and my sandwich is pathetic. There is barely any meat or cheese on here, and no pickles.

For the second time now, we ordered 3 subs online, then my husband went to pick them up. When he got to the store, the guy hadn't even started making them yet. He told him they were out of all but one kind of bread, which was bad enough, then said they were also out of steak for the steak and cheese sub. Why can they not inform you PRIOR to driving to pick up your order, that they are out of things? This was the second time this happened. Now, we are having difficulty getting our money back since we paid online. I tried calling the store and it took three days for them to answer the phone. Now, we are waiting for a manager to call us back, who won't be in the store for two more days. Never ordering from this location again!

Im normally a meatball on white kinda guy cause it's quick and easy but I scoped out the baja steak & jack on the menu and the gentleman behind the counter was more than willing to explain it and hook me up with it on a spinach leaf wrap. Absolutely freaking amazing wrap! I'll definitely be back.

A few minutes ago (around 8pm March 15, 2022), a young Black woman gave me the best service I have ever had in a Subway store. I think her name is Jenna, but I'm not 100% sure.Give her a raise! She is the exact type of employee you need to improve customer satisfaction.

I've been to this Subway location many times. I usually order online and then pickup my order. It is always ready on time and many times I might be a few minutes early and it is ready to go. The order is always correct with the exception of one time they left a topping off. With the amount of times I have gone there, this is bound to happen anyplace eventually. This location is hitting the mark!

Most incompetent subway I have ever been to. We made an online order of 4 subs. None of the were correct. Wrong toppings, missing topping. Subs had the wrong bread and they didn't even bother to toast them like we ordered. I'm not sure anyone in that store knows how to read.

Past experiences have been great but looks like they have no mask requirement for employees like many other Subways in the area. While I appreciate everyone's choice typically, I work with the elderly, and did not enter the store this evening as I do not want possible COVID on my food.

Sandwich was good will go there again.

I went and picked them up and when wrappers started opening let's just say my eye went straight for the cookies. When it comes to food you don't get a word out of my kids let alone complaining and not eating.. The subs looked like someone had a hell of hangover..you catch my drift a sloppy soggy mess. Sad because I like subway better to order there
