This is THE BEST subway. The place is clean, the workers are so nice and Alyssa is the absolute best. They will always have my business!
Very personable little subway. This lady paid for $30 of my food because I had brought the wrong card with me. It was so embarrassing however this lady took the opportunity to make a really good act of kindness. Something tells me with her it wasn't a random act of kindness. I'll never forget her face. Incase she's reading this I want her to know I am paying it forward. Thank you so much. You are what makes Melbourne and Palm Bay, hell the whole world a better place much better place to live....
The only two times I’ve been here there are guys sitting in the corner joking and bickering with the lady behind the counter. She said she was out of anything but Italian bread because they were really busy. There were also barely any cookies in the bin. And the Italian bread I was served was stale. Maybe prioritize a little better. I won’t be back to this Subway.
Came here for lunch and Curtis was the only one behind the counter he was working on another sub, possibly online order. There was a lady in front of me also waiting Curtis asked for help. And the female that was working there on 6-2-22 told him no you got it as she sitting down hanging out with a costomer she starting talking trash about Curtis and "oh how can't you take care of the 2 costomers" them mumbled stuff didn't hear to much very rude but the sub Curtis make is great
This place is the best. Very efficient and had our catering order ready right on time. Made sure we had everything we needed before leaving.
The staff was amazing. Very clean, good prices, good variety of options. Highly recommend the wraps!
I visited this location because of the ratings, but my experience was not that great. Although you can always count on them to have a line, this line started to go out the door after I arrived. They were behind on online orders and they just were moving a bit slow. They get two stars because they were friendly and they tried
Ordered through the app they said the order never came through however my credit card was charged. If I wanted anything I would have to pay again. I know the employees have nothing to do with how the apps work but the franchise needs better developers. The 2 employees were nice and can only do what the manager said.
This place is atrocious. After working at a Subway for 2+ years, it pains me to see the way this place is ran. Severely under baked bread. Sandwich unit (containers) are a mess. Food scraps everywhere. Employees with gloves on were messing with their hats and masks while handling food. Cross-contamination nightmare! After I paid for my sandwich, it was slid across the counter at me, and I had to go out of my way to ask for a bag. Will be avoiding this location at all costs in the future!
