This has got to be the most mis-managed sonic I've ever been to. The wait times are always long, they are frequently only taking cash OR only cards. They were out of sugar once when I ordered sweet tea. They have gotten our order wrong several times. My son has autism and sonic is one of the few places he will eat at. We used to go to sonic almost every day when we lived in NC. Now that we live in Palm Bay, we may come once a week for the reasons listed.
The dining room is to hot to dine in. I go there often and ask why it is always so hot in dining room and they said it would be fixed today Monday the 25th 2022 but went in today and still hot. Love the food and fir most part the service but definitely is miserable to dine inside.
I thought sonic was expensive and thats why I dont go there often. I recently went there and found their food to be more on the cheap side than i thought. And i found out the real reason i don't got is because i always want everything. I can never decide what to get. I got for one thing and come back later cause i wanted 4 other things after seeing the menu. Sonic is good. And the drive thru service was very nice. Ill be seeing you guys real soon for sure.
Brought a double bacon cheese burger that didn't taste right, not 100% beef at all, taste more like a cheap frozen patty. It was terrible and I slimy became sick after a few bites. I have pics of the sandwich. This isn't what I paid $20 for and if my stomach wasn't hurting so bad I would go back and ask for a refund. Very disappointed. This is nothing like the Sonic in Colorado.
Sat in drive through for 45 minutes only to get to window my food went even cooked yet
Shakes are great, drive thru is very slow. Each of the last 3 times I've been here we set in line for 20 plus minutes. Hopefully they get this figured out and improve the flow. Our orders were always correct.
Wasted my money buying food. It was fried so hard, I couldn't even eat it. The slushies and blasts are the only worthwhile purchases you can make here. And they always forget to give you a receipt. I don't get one unless I ask for it.
Friday night slow service I understand but this sonic has never been up to par. Always 30 min waits for some cold tots and incorrect orders. Service was rude and seemed bothered but simple order request and extra napkins. 1 star 0/10 would not recommend ?
Hubby and I took our toddler granddaughters here a few weeks ago...the place was clean, friendly staff and pretty yummy food! We honestly forget it's right near us, but we'll definitely be coming back as it was a better than good experience....clean restroom bonus!
We stopped in the drive thru on a Friday evening around 6:30. There was no one in line and we were greeted quickly. We had our food in less than 5 minutes and we're on our way home.This is my bacon cheeseburger. I had to hunt for the bacon and finally found it under the patty after my husband find it on his. Although it doesn't look like much it was pretty tasty. I also got the pretzel twist with cheese and the pretzel was warm and had plenty of salt. Cheese cup was meh. Culver's offers a better cheese to go with their pretzel bites so if you are craving pretzels with cheese I'd recommend them over sonic.Overall a decent quick meal but pricey at $14+ for 2 bacon cheeseburgers and a pretzel twist.
