Ordered two pizzas from this store and everything went smoothly. The service was great, food was hot and tasty. All thumbs up!
Recently purchased edge pizzia, boneless chicken, and chicken Alfredo. Didn't receive my boneless chicken, called store, manager first accused me of lying, then offered to credit me or have them redelivered. I agreed to have them delivered at his preference, ......I am still waiting. No apology, no food. But enjoyed taking myoney and tip. I'm out $16.00, and he probably is still taking advantage of his customers. In all $60.00 worth of bad business and pizza hut just doesn't care.... Brian larkin

my family and i order from this location quite often. the delivery is always fast, and the food is always hot. not to mention we’ve never had an issue with the drivers, they’re all so kind. keep up the great work!
I wish we could rate for different services. Andy deserves a 5 star because he is a amazing delivery driver, very professional, very sweet. This is normally my go to spot for pizza but this time around I'm extremely disappointed more then the last time and same issue with the fries. Just had my ordered delivered and bought fries on the side for my boys along with everything else. We opened it up there was no ketchup on the side and barely any fries. This is the second time that we barely had any fries and for that price I could've went to McDonald's and bought them a large fries for the money worth. I also received my cheesy bread and no marinara. I'm just going to order somewhere else this is getting out of hand. I been ordering from pizza hut for many years now.
Customer service was great in store. Also waited in my car and pizza was done sooner than 15 mins and I was pleasantly surprised that an employee kindly brought it out to me. Honestly thou the quality of ingredients and pizza has gone down but I believe it to be the company and not the employees.
For a pizza hut, this place felt a bit shady at night. Honestly you guys earned the 4 stars because the pizzas were made well and hot. They were also tasty. That being said you guys missed a five star review because of a few short comings. First, the french fries were ordered came with no ketchup. The cheesy bread we ordered did not come with marinara sauce, nor did the pizza with bacon have remotely any bacon on it. Maybe 3 pieces of bacon bit sized pieces of fat. Either way I felt as though you could have done better. The new fries were good tho extra crispy, just what I wanted!
If you live anywhere near here, don't order from this store. I live 5 minutes away on a major road and I got my pizza 30+ minutes after the text that it was out for delivery and a confrontative delivery guy as a special bonus. This is the 4th time this has happened, even after I upped my tip and asked nicely for it to be delivered hot. Not just that, but they also messed up my toppings. Do not recommend.
make sure I get my whole order. Also my daughter has a dairy allergy so she likes extra bacon topping to replace having no cheese. The option online ordering lets you pick extra bacon but she never gets much on it. There needs to be another option to order more bacon.
I frequently order pizza so much that the manager knows my name when I walk in. That being said my order today was I believe not upto the original standards that I am used to. I dont feel like I should have to use a pizza cutter to reslice my pizza when I bring it home
