Good pizza...Just keep in mind that this location gets busy at times, so you may have to wait a bit longer before your pizza is ready for pickup.
Managers are rude, food is never correct and have been charged twice for my food an never refunded. Pizza hut from now on.
Unbelievably long wait for an order that had three items! Almost an hour and a half :-( and the pizza was good but not great.. at least it was hot :-)

After receiving the wrong order and an hour and half later , the pizza arrived . The driver was closing the box while exiting her car, that apparently was open in her car and the pizza was COLD.
Pizza was good, the answering service leaves alot to be desired, ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas and only got 1, 20 to 30 minutes to fix order, we wernt waiting for one to get cold to get the other

Mediocre quality at best. I picked up my pizza immediately, but it was just warm, not hot. The dough was a little thick for the NY style that I ordered and the sauce is always a little sweet for me at Papa John's. The staff was very nice though, so that was the one saving grace. It filled stomach's, but I could get better pizza just about anywhere.
I just ordered my pizzas over the phone, I was repeatedly asked if I would like any extra specials. I had to tell the guy taking my order twice that I only want the three pizzas I ordered, when I stopped in at the bayside lakes location to pick up my pizzas I counted 8 employees working and while I waited for my order, I watched two other customers come in and wait to get service. My name was called and the gentlemen calling my name looked over at me instead of just handing them to me, he put the pizzas on the shelf and turned around to play on his phone, after a few more minutes, a young man finally grabbed my pizzas and handed them to me and I asked who the manager was, turned out the manager was the same guy playing on his phone ignoring his customers. I will not be going back to this location, I have been given wrong pizzas in the past and had several ordering issues as well. This branch really needs to work on customer service!!! I’m not impressed at all!
