If you are doing food delivery DO NOT accept orders to pick up from here. The manager has instructed his workers to not give you anything from here UNLESS you have a bag. Just Supreme Stupidity
Ordered a hand tossed regular cheese pizza at 9:39 pm and it’s 11:11 pm and still haven’t received it. Amanda the manager said she sent two pizzas and both were delivered and handed to me. Offered to send a third pizza and that’s all she could do… to make matters worse I tipped 20% cause I am a terrible customer… currently still waiting for my pizza to be delivered 11:17
Papa John’s pizza will always be great, but this location has such a hard time with keeping up with orders. They have plenty of people on the line and yet there’s still employees just sitting around doing nothing.
Pizza was just warm at best. Asked for it to be baked well done, with extra cheese and toppings. Crust was soggy, cheese was barely visible and toppings were scarce. Don’t think I’ll be ordering this place again.
Worst ever. I ordered mushrooms, and peppering.Bone on pizza. WS tillers under the cheese. No. It was not. Do not order from here. I got a Supreme pizza from. DIJORNOS.
The employee that was helping me was very nice but apparently the manager who was in the shitter wouldn't let him take a carryout order because it was 10 mins after 10pm. I told them I would send it through the app and pay the delivery fee and just wait for my food outside so they didn't even have to deliver it and still tip them and the manager still said no. So apparently screw customer service nowadays I guess
Wow. Do not go to this papa johns. We requested half a pizza with no cheese. They refused to do it after we called and asked if they could. Then they put the mushrooms on the wrong side of the pizza we ordered. And they were passive aggressively laughable with my pizza. Ordered a gluten free with no cheese… they put my ingredients on it and put a circle of sauce on top. Cool guys. We won’t be going back.
I order 15 min before getting to the store with an expected wait of 20-25 min. I’ve now been standing in store for 35+ minutes and still nothing for ONE PIZZA! So I’m taking this time While I’m waiting to write this review. I get short staff but I have seen 7 workers in here. This is also not the first time. Looks like it’s time to find a new pizza place
It's been well over 2 hours now and my pizza still hasn't arrived. Pizza Hut and Dominos who are right next to them delivers in less than an hour. This was my first and last Papa FN Johns order.Update: 2 hours, 40 minutes later, my pizza arrived via Door dash? COLD.Never Again!
