Waited in line for over 30 minutes and the line never moved. Fi ally got untapped from the drive thru and drove by the window and the cashier was just sitting on her phone rather than helping whatever was delaying the orders. Really poorly managed location that constantly has a line around the building just like during this visit. I just go for McFlurrys for my wife but we will walk in from now on if we want anything
This McDonald's at Bayside is one of the worst in the Palm Bay area I have asked so many times to cook to order and they never do. There is no way you can order something cook to order and by the time you get to the window it's ready. The burgers are always dry. And the buns are crusty. They have on several occasions screwed up the order and give you either the wrong thing or not at all.I thought maybe it was just me but you can tell this is a franchise and isn't managed very well at all. From now on, I'll take my business elsewhere.
Not the friendliest McDonalds. In fact, they were kind of surely. Almost as if I was interrupting their naps. Fellow customers were friendly. Bonus, thet got my order right!

Food is sloppy. Employees get more money. Service is getting worse. Goto steak house for better burgers.They increased prices.. leave out the fries and only get med or small drink with burger of your choice. Your wallet will thank you ....back to $8.00 meal. Not $12.00.
Took 20 minutes in drive through and as USUAL fries were cold and old! And AGAIN the receipt paper doesn't work! Why don't u just close this catastrophe of a restaurant so something else can move in there.
Came through this location today as I usually do and the first mistake they made was handing me a bag of food for my son that they previously just handed the car before us and they clearly went in the bag and messed with the food and had realized it wasn't their food so the worker in the drive thru decided to hand us the food after the customer before us gave it back. So we returned it back because we notice what the worker did and when they give us our food that they supposedly replaced instantly they gave us bread that was burnt and not edible. Very disappointed. Come to this location almost every morning and this experience has put a bad taste on my mouth about this location.
Poor service gave a hot fudge sundae with it overflowing and all over cup. I had to wait 5 minutes for chocolate to melt.( As other ice cream melted)The kid yelled fouled language at a person on motorcycle after handing me my sundae
The Bayside McDonalds actually deserves the $15/hr minimum wage. They got my order right, my food was hot and fresh, AND it wasn't even peak lunch time. They restored a little faith in the franchise.
I'm eating a cold filet o fish and throwing the fries away on my birthday because nobody could be bothered to serve hot food. It's absolutely ridiculous that fast food workers want $15+ an hour when they can't do their job right. Pathetic is what it is. I'm doing a 6 hour drive on my birthday and decided to grab a quick lunch to not lose time. I'd fire absolutely everybody there if I owned or even managed that place.
