I just I just left there a few minutes ago, and me and my friend were never waited on. Here is what happened:-We go into the second drive through because we see cards going through and being helped. We go up, and we wait to be helped. One car in the next lane gets helped and we wait. Another car in the other lane gets helped and we wait. And this happens a third/fourth time. So we decided to pull around and order inside-we go inside and we see a crowd waiting for food/to be helped. We also waited for a while before leaving. Before we left, we were able to see everyone in the back horse playing, joking, and standing around. I'm not sure what the hairnet policy is, but no one had one on. If anything, they had their red hats with their hair down. And there was someone with a grey hoodie on, and the only thing I see him do is grab a cup (I didn't pay attention with what he did with it) and he looked a little lost. Over all, me and my friend were there for 10 minutes minimum 20 minutes maximum
Went there yesterday after grocery shopping. Went through the drive-thru since we had perishable food in truck and rolled right up to ordering station and waited 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. Finally ordered food an was asked to wait in slot #1. Waited 20 minutes for food so my wife went in and was told to give them 5 minutes. We gave them 7 minutes so I went in. We were being asked to wait again, until one of the employees asked what I had ordered. I told him and he went right over to two bags that were just sitting there and that was our order. We went home and all the food was dried out and cold. So the order was just sitting there going bad. Both my wife and I both felt ill after eating. I though there was a rule not to allow food to sit too long before handing to the customer. Our McDonald days are over. It took 35 minutes to get fast food service.
They messed up my husband's lunch not once but twice. Luckily we ate in the dining area so he could at least try to get it fixed. The second time, he just got his money back. They tried to serve him an old dried out piece of chicken. Then to top that they didn't even put pickles on it the 1st time and the 2nd time they put 2 of the smallest hamburger pickles on a chicken sandwich. Worst service ever. He also asked a worker to tell the manager he wanted to speak with him. The worker said I'm off work, I've done served my time. Then walked out the door. Rude rude rude
I wait at the front of the line in drive thru for 15min. Finally get a response to take my order, which is very simple. "1 big Mac please and a small fry. Get the order and no small fry, so I go inside to get it. Get home to open my big Mac to find all of the toppings on tip of my bun.. guess it's a do it yourself kinda place. Never had a good experience and this was my last.. oh yeah they couldn't add either my change was a tad off in there benefit... yeah huh I'm loving it.. garbage
The drive through window is so dirty, It like getting your food from a gas station toilet bowl.
We waited 45 minutes just to get someone to take our order. Then another 30 minutes to wait for our food, that was cold and the burgers were burnt. They had a few employees that came in and saw the commotion and people waiting, one said it was too early to clock in and another said he was going to eat first..he wasn't scheduled for 10 more minutes. This is the WORST visit to McDonald's on Minton and Malabar. Won't be going back to that one EVER!!!
This restaurant has steadily gone downhill over the past few months and today was the last day I will ever place an order in this store. I sat in the drive through for 26 minutes. When my breakfast food was handed to me, it was obviously old and overheated in a microwave. The grease to fry the hash-browns was old and made the hash-browns bitter, the bacon on the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit was burnt and the egg on the sandwich was the consistency of somewhere between tire rubber and pvc plastic. The breakfast at McDonalds is a go to, on the run staple because of the consistency and quality of the food regardless of the store. This store has steadily declined to a dump at best. Last visit for me.
This is store is total b.s! They get every order wrong, cuss at you, very disrespectful! Even if you call corporate they don't do squat! What's the point of even having this store open? Why work here if you don't like it? No one in this chain changes anything! Unless they are your friend you won't get customer service here! This is a p.o.s store who refuses to give 100% satisfaction!
Had horrible service. Waited over 15 min for my order and the fries were cold. When I mentioned it, I was told it would be another 5 minutes. No apology. Nothing. Just got my money back. Disappointing
Consistently the worse service ever. I try my best to avoid this location but sometimes end up here. I have never had a pleasant experience at this location. After my last, I will most definitely do my best to avoid this particular McDonald's...
