I would give this place ZERO stars if that was an option. HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND THE MANAGER IS JUST AS BAD!! I ordered 2 Mocha Frappes (which I get frequently) and was given a Caramel with chocolate sauce on it - not my order - not to mention both were half melted. They argued with me that I was wrong and that they gave me the Mocha - Come on, not hard to differentiate the two! I tried to tell them that I just want what I ordered, but they practically threw our drinks and left the drive through window and never came back. So i went inside.....stood for 20 min in there right up front and the Manager and all their employees ignored me AND the 3 other groups of people I'd met inside while I was waiting (all trying to complain about something, as well). Corporate really needs to do something about the staff at this location - never would've believed they would allow a place like this to remain open. BUYER BEWARE!!

They tried to wiped off the ketchup instead of grabbing a new bun. Everything else was fine. But really!

Alway very busy, but they have great customer service skills and will take the time to help order instead of using the machine and also to supply condiments and more. It’s usually the faster local McDonalds around

Terrible employees for the lunch shift. I thought their intercom was going out and I couldn’t hear the employees so I pulled up to the window to make my order. She then told me that she could not take my order and I needed to pull back around that she wasn’t talking to me. I told her about my confusion but she rolled her eyes at me and waved her hand in my face telling me to leave the line. It was a miscommunication and she treated me terribly for no reason. I guess I shouldn’t expect anything more from someone who works in a fast food chain.

No one is there to take your order .They want you to use there screens. No I don't want to touch your dirty screens and there is icecream all over the floor no one has cleaned . Dirty place ! We left ,going to Arby's! Never to return to this scummy place.

Very slow service and the place was dirty, workers were slow and not very friendly!

28 minutes in line with 1 car in front of me. I never ordered nor got my food. Its why I almost never go througha drive through. That had a massive sign under the arches proclaiming $15 per hour. So instead got a slim jim and starved all the way back to JAX.

The staff at this restaurant would rather direct patrons to use the self checkout than take their order. Maybe something else was going on as they were quick to serve other customers. Without reading into that, the service they did provide was slow. And based on the number of different conflicting reasons for the delay I would go so far as to say incompetent. Would not recommend this location.

It’s very disappointing that this app makes you give a minimal of 1 star, this location is not worthy of it.After ten minutes of delay with the order app and NO assistance, we finally had an employee approach a register to takeOur order.A customer told an employee that all the high chairs were dirty and politely asked if someone could clean one.The employee told her, and I quote“I ain’t cleaning no dang high chair, y’all’s kids get em dirty! I was appalled.We finally got our meals,the middle bun of my husbands Big Mac hard as a rock.The fries were old and salty.Major disappointment.

Drive Thru service was very slow even though there were only 4 cars. Audio quality was poor. The person at window handed me drink and bag of food without saying a word. 1 star because my order was accurate but food was not even room temperature. I wonder how long ago it was made. The Fish Filet had 1/4 slice of very thin cheese and way too much tarter sauce. The hamburger was thinner than white castle burgers. Very disappointing. Not worth the money or my time.
