It's all about the name "Margaritas"! You like tequila? They have your poison. I was in heaven, hints my nick name. All sorts of tequilas to choose from. I had the Mango Habanero. Best margarita I had in along time.Food was plentiful and delicious. Good choices on the menu.Live music once a month.
We ordered 2 super burritos 1 with beef and 1 with chicken we were not able to find any meat in either one. Order was not correct. Order taker doing to many this to pay attention to our order. Taking this food back and never going again. Pam
I really want to like this place because the food is decent and semi good place in the area, but the service sucks almost 90% of the time from the minute you walk in. Walk in, three to four servers just starring at you, yet, still wait about 5-8 minutes to be seated. Wait another 10 minutes for someone to come to your table to get drinks. 20-25 minutes to get your food. Once someone drops your food off that's the last time you see them. Wait another 12-17 minutes after you've finished your food for them to bring you your check. Just wish the service was better.
Being from the southwest this place is truely on of the most authentic Mexican restaurants otherwise you might as well go to Taco Bell.
Salsa was very good!I have reviewed another Mexican restaurant not so long ago and the similarities were very close to each other.Let me start by saying the service was on the slower side but not to the point where I wanted to leave. I also realize that there are servers shortage and I understand but I mentioned it because it was a part of the dining experience.Salsa was literally identical to my other Mexican review it tasted really good and fresh with the perfect amount of heat and chunks. The chips - maybe I am spoiled, weren’t warm and I enjoy warm chips.Food was overall good, Fajitas was hot and sizzling with lots of onions and green pepper . The burritos and tacos ? were fresh and tasty (comments made by kids) and the margaritas was very good, my wife loved it and she (not me) is a pretty good judge of margaritas. There was a cold soup that we ordered, it was not to my liking and I say this not because it did not taste good but because it was not something I am accustomed to eating. A seasoned consumer of that soup may have a more favorable comment. Serving size was good and the Heineken was nice and cold.Overall I would give them a 3.5 stars so yes I will return and try something else.
Chips and salsa are good. Chicken soup was very good, but a tiny bit oily. The carnitas tacos were spot on with the green salsa verde. Lastly, the massive platter of diabla chicken wings were excellent. They had a good kick and a great taste. Last time my wife and I went here we had the burritos and taquitos rancheros appetizer which were also amazing.
We are here for the first time. Service was good. The food was outstanding. The pico was fresh and tasty. I ordered a queso smothered burrito. It was one of the best I have ever had. My sister order the taco bowl, it was a large portion and was also very tasty. Will definitely be back. Can’t wait to try their other dishes.
The food is pretty bland. Not what I expected for an “authentic” Mexican restaurant. I thought it would get better over time, but it hasn’t. Their Birria tacos and chips and queso are the only things I’ve tried and actually like there - so I would have to suggest those.Their margaritas are GREAT! Highly recommend the mango margarita with tajin on the rim.
The 3.6 average is close but a little generous in my opinion. And the food is mediocre, the prices are on the higher side, and half filled $15 margaritas just can’t be justified. If there were prices on the menu for these margaritas I certainly wouldn’t have got one.
Really wanted to like this place as there was an awesome Japanese buffet here before them. When we walked in we waited literally 10 minutes before we got greeted. I had to go get one of the young ladies to seat us and still we waited another 5 minutes for her to come over.We sit down and wait another 5 minutes before being greeted at the table. The waitress was great and did her job with being attentive to the table. The food was sub par and at best a tad better than say Taco Bell. The table side guac was bland and the sampler was dry and flavorless. Besides the 2 for 1 house margaritas this place didn’t have much to offer.
