Horrible experience at the store. While on the location 3 people got frustrated and asked for refunds. Don't go to the store, This falls on poor management
Stopped by here last week just wanting something fast for a party, ordered 3 pepperoni pizzas and 2 Italian bread, and when I got home realized they gave us 3 cheese pizzas, 1 Italian bread, and one pepperoni bread? I realize that this is cheap, horrible pizza so it's not like I was expecting anything great but really? I should have just gotten frozen pizza from the Winn Dixie next door. Would have been cheaper and tasted better.
The staff are very rude I think they don't like work.Al the time I come to the store they say I need half an hour for the pizza when the place is empty and is not the first time is happen.Maybe you need to change the name because you never have hot and ready pizza at any time. I am a Cook and I know the time you need to make a pizza so pay attention to your staff because maybe is one of the reason that your business isn't work .
The lady working here on 11/6/2021 around 3pm is completely unprofessional and rude. Someone needs to evaluate this employee, she may need a new place to work.

Horrible the last 2 times I got it. The pizza is not cut all the way through and has been soggy. Possibly undercooked. I will never order again . The were one of my go to spots.

I wasn't disappointed pre-COVID but lately they've been slacking a bit when it comes to cutting the pies all the way through and actually having the hot and ready's actually being...ready. I always have to make sure that I want the $5 CLASSIC or else they'll charge me for the extra most bestest for whatever reason.
Good spot to grab a hot and ready for the low and go home ?. Good staff
