Not sure why my husband keeps torturing himself and going to the bayside lakes location. EVERY single time he has gone the drive thru line moves at a snails pace, the coffee is horrible, they are almost always out of something and it’s guaranteed that when he gets home there is food missing. Save yourself the trip.
Worst service ever! I get we're short on workers everywhere, but this has nothing to do with just plain old bad customer service. They have a young man working the window who likes to mumble and speak really low so you have to repeat yourself over and over again. And when you ask if he can speak up he laughs. They've gotten the order wrong several times already because of this. Yet they keep him working drivethrough. Today the other person came over the intercom because he continued laughing and be unitelagable over the mic and the line was 1 hour delayed. Could physically here other patrons complaining as well. Like their product, but if service like this is allowed, I'll spend my money else where.
i never ever leave bad reviews as i’ve worked for dunkin’ donuts in the past and i know it gets hectic. i’ve always ordered on the app just because it’s easier and i can just grab it and go. but the last few times i’ve went i’ve waited atleast 30 minutes for a single drink. when i order atleast 20 minutes before i even leave my house. this last monday i had to ask one of the workers if they even had my order. and it was sitting on the counter as everyone who ordered after on the app were coming in and out. i get it morning rushes are hard but you have to manage your time better. and if you’re backed up just ask for some help and apologize for the wait. i give it to the young kid i wanna say his name was Gage, super understanding and saw that i was there for quite some time. just kinda sad because i love dunkin but i cannot get myself to even try to go in the mornings anymore when i know i’ll be there for atleast 30 minutes.
For a very busy place the manager was running the crew Exceptionally well. Little bit of a wait but watching this manager run this crew of young individuals was well worth the wait.
Jahmar was super pleasant today on a busy Saturday morning. My husband and I frequent this location often. He even went above and behind and we watched this young man go after a car that left something behind to make sure they got their food. He had a smile on his face when we got up to the window and had wonderful manners. Hope this gentleman is recognized.
Last couple times I ordered therey food was cold or was incorrect. I'll go to chic fil a down the road rather than Dunkin for their limited food order and poor quality. People always nice though.
25mn for small coffee...this franchise owner got to be kidding!!!I think people need to boycott this Bayside Lakes DD location for other locations.I believe, we need Krispy Cream down here for 2ndary option.
Slowest dunkin EVER!! If you walk in could take 10 minutes for someone to take your order. Then 15 more minutes for them to make it. And it may be right but usually not!
Horrible service. Line is always a mile long. Rude heavy set lady with glasses was very disrespectful during transaction. Coffee is bitter. Worst Dunkin’ around
The three star rating is based on the fact that there were 10 cars at the drive-through line and eight people at the inside line. I was unable to even enjoy being at this location because it was so extremely busy and the wait was so long, I did not have time to even order. They obviously need a larger location and more staff if they are going to be that busy, some of us cannot have that much time in our schedule, to wait30 minutes just to get Dunkin’ Donuts. This location is not a stand alone, it is on the other half of a mobile gas station. It is not a full-size Dunkin’ Donuts and they really need to consider having one in this area
