This particular location is close to my home so it is the one I have gone to the most. When they're on point it is good and when they're not it is a huge disappointment. The management needs to be more organized and attentive to the stock, the customers and training people and hiring people. Overall, it isn't so bad that I stopped going just yet.
My mobile orders are always hot and correct. Never just sitting getting cold. The prep it when I go in or thru drive thru. Love it!
Employees at this location are always pleasant and they are willing to cook the snackin bacon a second time to satisfy my need for extra crispy bacon. Everything is always tasty and I always leave happy ?
Paid for extra bacon. Got a few raw looking pieces instead. Hate to see what it looks like before the extra bacon. Sad sandwich for almost $7.

I visit 5 different dunkins on any given week depending on where I work that day. I have went out of my way on numerous occasions to go to this location. They get my order right, are polite, fast and always correct any mistake (if one is made) quickly. I love this location...been a customer for 6 years now.
I go out of my way to come to this one even though it’s further from me. The one on PB rd is horrible and MALABAR DD is the best customer service and always taste a million times better than PB rd. I will always commute down there each morning because they are AMAZING.
Once you wait through the terrible line they'll inform you they're out of what you want. Fair enough, lesson learned, ordering online should solve the issue right? Nope. Apparently they have no ability to say what's out of stock online, so you'll just show up to no order ready, or my personal favorite: the whole order appears ready for pickup and is just missing the items. If I didn't check the bags every time I would've been shorted four times this year. At least when they actually manage to make your order it's correct, right? Most of the time.I know this one is crazy busy, hence why I didn't hit one star. The people in there do hustle, but that's the problem. Either the training is insufficient or (most likely) they just aren't putting enough workers on a shift & they aren't ordering enough to keep stuff in stock. Unfortunately this is the only one I pass on the way to work so I'll just keep waiting for them to get better.
Aah Dunkin Doughnuts, personally ? my favorite fast coffee shop , the place was extremely busy ! But their team was ready , worked good ? together and tackled everything with ease . They had the ball in their court !!!
