Ordered a couple of chocolate frosted donuts for myself as a treat & received these pathetically frosted cake donuts. Unsatisfied.

I never leave bad reviews but this is the Dunkin I have been going to for over a decade and I can't believe how bad the service has gotten. Today was one of many bad experiences, where it took over 15 mins to get a simple iced coffee. I originally wanted an iced latte but they were out of large cups and espresso. This place has seen better days and with a Starbucks in the same plaza, I won't be back.

The worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to! I typically go out of my way to a Dunkin’ further than me, today solidified why I do. First of all, this Dunkin’ can never make a decent coffee and that’s why I opt for a further location. But secondly, I placed a to go order through the Dunkin’ app and arrived at the store. I sat in line for about 10 minutes behind two other cars. When I got to the ordering section to say I had a “to-go” they first said multiple machines were down and asked me to wait. While there at the ordering screen, there was a MANAGER yelling at 2 other employees outside. This woman was smoking, raising her voice and cussing at her employees while talking badly about other employees as well. I then headed up to the window where the car in front of me still was. I could hear the conversation clearer from the manager, 2 employees and another guy (who wasn’t in a uniform or anything, so unsure if he works there). After waiting in the drive-through for a total of 25 minutes, I left the line and went inside instead. Inside there were two employees working. My order of an iced coffee and a doughnut were still not made. Before I left, one of the two employees that were inside dropped his headset and went outside himself. Meanwhile, the same car that was in front of me in the drive-through was still sitting there. The manager seemed so disrespectful for speaking to employees that way. As someone who was a manager for years, I was completely taken aback. I could never go back to a place who spoke to their employees in such a way, in front of customers and in the middle of a busy time.

Worse morning experience! The manager is loud and obnoxious with a negative energy. Nothing on racks due to shippement being unpacked. One person says u have a drink the other doesn't. It will get u in a raft in the morning just to get coffee? Ugh did not enjoy

Absolutely the WORST dunkin donuts I've ever been to! I placed an order online so it would be quick, as I was working. I pull up to the drive thru with only ONE car in front of me, I tell her I'm picking up a mobile order and she tells me she's can't find it. It me 5 minutes at the drive thru speaker to get her to find it. When I pull up to the window, she asked again, what my order was and I tell her. Wait another 5 mins only for her to come back with someone else's coffee smh and AGAIN asked me what my order was then accuses me of getting my coffee bc I had an older cup in my car from earlier! 20 mins to pick up a mobile order is ridiculous especially bc they were NOT bust! Will NEVER go to this location again, I'll drive out of my way before stopping here! Worst staff!

I hope the owner of this franchise see this review...This afternoon I went through the drive through at 3:56pm and didn't get to take my order until 4;06pm and there was only 2 cars ahead of me. I get it that it's a busy location and they run out of products quickly but that should have been addressed before having me wait 10mins. I order one thing, they didn't have it, second option, didn't have it either

Terrible customer service on 3/17/21 around 3:20pm - waited several minutes at the drive-thru speaker - nobody came on to take my order or ask me to wait. I drove around, parked and went inside. Only one young man was working hard, while the short female was standing at the drive-thru window. There were 2 additional employees (male and a female) who were in the back, then they walked out the back door. When they finally came back in, she took my order. The young man who went outside with her started preparing my drink, but had no sense of urgency - took his time and got involved and began talking with the young lady who took my order. This is the worst customer service at any of the DDs I have been to.

I've always loved this place.. orders always ?... But this last visit our donut order was completely botched... Maybe they were having a bad day... I'll try them again and give them another chance.

I ordered the bacon and cheddar eggs bites and instead received the spinach ones. Not only are the spinach ones disgusting but they were burnt! And every time I go there the customer service is terrible. They need to hire better employees. This is the last time I will ever order from them. Worst Dunkin’ ever.

Unfortunately all the negative reviews are accurate. I believe in chances but today sealed the deal. Popular and even new menu items consistently not in stock. Manager seemingly attempts to provide her sleepy staff with positive comments but the ordering of menu items is likely not their job so somebody needs to step it up. Please, guys you can do this! Think about how you want to be served and avoidable disappointment from your customers.
