Terrible customer service at this location!! How the manager that runs it still has his job is beyond me. Dunkin’ needs to do some investigating and get this place straightened out!
Double charged for food I didn’t receive and half my order wasn’t in the bag. Too bad I didn’t notice until I got home and realized I paid $22 for watered down coffee and two omelet bites ?? check your bag & receipt before you leave from this dunkin!

Talking to the lady in the drive thru she sounded like i was an inconvenient, like i was bothering her, cutting me short before i even finished talking, rude, and on top of it all game we the wrong order. -0 in service
We rely on our coffee early in the morning to get us through the day. It drives me crazy when I take off, after waiting in the drive thru, to only receive what you did not order. We got to get better!
Great service! Staff was quick, efficient, cordial, and best of all, they had everything we wanted. Highly suggest coming here versus the location on Palm Bay Rd by 95.
ALWAYS out of everything! Out of sweet cold foam the last three times, out of cold brew twice that I have been here, No chicken croissants ,No chicken croissant stuffers this morning. Wont be stopping here anymore. Someone needs to learn how to order inventory for this store!
Staff was rude! Ugly tone of voice when I made an inquiry about a different type of coffee if they didn’t have the one I originally ordered. Not sanitary while handling coffee and spilled one. Very sloppy. I could tell they just wanted me to leave. They were very dismissive. I will not return!
Why the hell did they remove the Donuts from the name? Like this is a good enough location. But having it connected to a Payday loan join like a deranged conjoined twin is more off-putting than the unholy Long John Silver/ Taco-bell Frankensteins you see these days. Staffs okay. So ya. Weird off brand place.
I ordered a caramel macciato and the guy asked if I wanted cream and sugar. Macciato is literally half cream. No... and he didn't seem to know what he was doing. My drink was strait cream and unsweetened expresso. No caramel at all. I just tried calling twice and straight busy signal
