People there are very friendly. The food quality has gone down and the prices are going up. There new drive thru is terrible.i feel like it doesn't matter what lane I get in. I get skipped eveytime and the KIDS working don't care. I say something to them and they just look at you and go to the next car.
This particular location is a hit or miss. Sometimes they'll run out of fries and put 4 in a large and other times they'll skip out on the right amount of nuggets, or you'll get an inedible chicken sandwhich. I've emailed management several times with no response. They have a lot of younger kids working for them and if they aren't bothered by the fact you need a moment or 2 to order, you can hear them complaining about something or other. I've also asked several times for payment to be taken from my card and not QR scan and they don't listen and I get an "oops sorry". If I'm in a grouchy mood I skip over this location entirely and will go to the one on Palm Bay road.
Writing this review for Caitlin (hope that's how her name is spelled) My breakfast order got messed up but I didn't realize until I was already at work so I wasn't able to call in about it until 5:30 when I got off work. She was the manager on duty and she was so nice and accommodating and quick to rectify the situation. It was the definition of great customer service. Thanks Caitlin.
Ate it, then immediately threw it up in my car. The chicken was gross and slimy, should’ve known better than to eat it. Felt way better after I removed it from my stomach. Would avoid if y don’t wanna get sick and regurgitate.
They are the worst with drive thru orders! You wait nearly forever to get your food and it’s almost always wrong! Yeah, I can check my stuff before leaving the drive through except now I’m in a rush because I’ve waited so long to get my food. It could be simplest order. Just fries or a salad. It’s ridiculous! Calling them is another aggravation because you don’t get the restaurant location anymore and now you have to go through an automation system. (Another long wait). I’ve had to return to this location multiple times because my order is wrong. I’ve talked to management before, I have been questioned and asked to provide proof of purchase??? even when I come back with the wrong item! One order was so screwed up that I couldn’t eat it. I went back the next day and brought it back. They they just refunded the order and didn’t ask any questions as why. I’m so done Chick-fil-A on Malabr Rd! They are not getting any more of my money. They don’t values their customers. Especially when it’s drive thru.
Always well managed at lunchtime. The summer peach ? shake is always a winner! Or having the Cobb salad with grilled chicken is amazing with the lime avocado ranch dressing. Just a great place to stop for a quick lunch.
The Service Is Quick. It Does Get Busy But The Service Is Also Very Friendly So Worth The Little Wait On Occasion. The Food Is Always Fresh And The Frosted Lemonade ? Is Super Yummy ?Breakfast Isn't My Favorite But They're Lunch Always Hits The Spot When You Take A Bite ♥️
Love this place. A bit to expensive for chicken. Only eat once in awhile. Love their sauce for the nuggets. Bought a har from there and use it on other dishes.
We’ve been here many times and the service has always been excellent but tonight we waited about 15 minutes for our food. The young people at the delivery window were much more interested in chatting than working. The food was good as usual but the service was lacking.
What an easy, quick and delightful drive-through! We stop here often on our way to Orlando because of the polite, quick and accurate service. We are always greeted with smiles and great service! ❤️
