Very disappointed. Was not expecting such skimpy proportions of meat onions peppers and mushrooms for 12.99. also expected more cheese and bacon on the fries for $6+ I actually ordered 2 meals and only received 1 meal plus an extra coke and went back inside to rectify but staff was so confused that it was not rectified. Sup par customer service and won't go back unless they drastically change
The food was great but even better than that was the extremely kind and welcoming employees that work there. Definitely going back!

Ordered a week ago online trying curbside.They never showed up so I left. Called a little while later for a refund. Guy on the phone really just wanted me to come back but I explained I was already out of the area. It's been a week. Haven't been since the old school cool (which was awesome) was removed but probably won't return after this.Edit: contacted, and now they are basically pulling my leg to get the refund. At this point, I'll accept this place stole my money. It's been almost a month and no refund. Scam to order online.
This is really a great location. I work down the road and often stop here for lunch. The dining room is open and spacious. The staff is always really nice. I go to a lot of Charley's and this one is my favorite because they cook your food faster, which is important to me since I'm on my lunch break. Their lemonades are next level. And their fries are great. I randomly get free fry or drink vouchers with my meal to sweeten the deal. I definitely recommend this location above others
It’s refreshing to see smiling faces and good food at a fast food restaurant. I have been to this location twice and both were good experiences. The staff is very nice! I always get their chicken Philly and add seasoning salt to my fries. You don’t get that many places. My son had chicken wings and both were very good! Thank you for your hospitality, it’s great to be greeted so pleasantly. Keep up the good work.
I wasn't sure how I would feel about this place. I had been in it a time or two to pick up orders. Tonight my husband and I stopped in and got a bite to eat. I had ordered some boneless buffalo wings fries and my husband had to California Chicken sub. I've got to say was really good. Before I left I ordered another 10 garlic parmesan wings to go LOL.
Today was my first day inside and it was very clean. Food is always fresh and the employees are always nice. Highly recommend.
I became a regular customer here, Sandwich is good! But tonight I order my sandwich with no green peppers, no pickles. And came with full of green peppers and pickles. I end up have to switch my meal with my husband. It’s just very off tonight spending $30 something dollars and not getting what you want
One simple thing: no tomatoes. The guy at the register telling employees, it says no tomatoes. Looked like they were upset and tore it apart and threw it back together. That will be a no on going back. Update. Whoever sent me a free sandwich promo, please include your first nameReview update. Returned for the free sandwich and nicely surprised. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Even got free fries. They made it right. I'll go back
