This is hopefully just a warning for others who attempt to order Carrabba’s delivery, even if directly calling their restaurant. They use Door Dash, which we were not informed of up front. We called this location directly and payed using a Carrabba’s gift card. We were told delivery would be 45 minutes to an hour. After 2 hours, I called the restaurant to inquire and spoke to Rob, the “managing partner” who told me bluntly that the Door Dasher went MIA and they’re working on it. I asked for another estimated arrival time, as well as why we weren’t told they use a third party to deliver or more importantly, that it was delayed. Rob said the restaurant was contacted 40 minutes prior to my call about the delay, and yet we were not made aware until I called. I was told to contact Door Dash because it’s not Carrabba’s responsibility at this point. I said I was not informed you use a third party delivery service when I called directly and used a restaurant gift card. After a few minutes of zero helpful assistance for the issue, and not even a slight apology for the inconvenience, Rob then hung up on me mid sentence. Very poor customer service. My husband had to go through the ringer to ensure we finally got our order cancelled and our money back onto our gift card. Hopefully the experience will be better by dining in or picking up.
You can't go wrong with this Carrabba's location either. It is hard to beat for a chain restaurant. I always love eating here. Here's a tip: ask for garlic and olive oil noodles as a side. They are amazing. I got a ribeye steak here recently. Surprisingly it was very good!
Went there to celebrate an anniversary and we had Vienna as our server. She was absolutely amazing and by far one of the best servers I’ve had in a while. She was so bubbly and enjoyable to have. Provided amazing service and everything tasted so good. Love her!
Thank you Robert for taking my phone call so late, right before you guys closed! And being very professional and caring! Your staff was very good last time I went! Hope y’all keep up the good service, and hope everything goes well on the other end!
No wait, great food, and nice server named Nick.
Ordered "pick up" was told 25-30 minutes. Went there to pick up the food, waited 45 more minutes!!! Asked to speak to manager. Got a story blah blah blah. Bottom line, not interested. Don't make your problem mine.Received "gift cards" from manager to make up for wait.Got home and two gift cards were expired! ThanksFood was good.
Service was fabulous, waiter was friendly, efficient & response to requests for additional items. Party of 8 most said food was good. Veal marsala was absolutely tasteless although asparagus was tasty. Took veal home, doctored it up & it was much better actually tasted when I chewed.
My first time there.Waiter Kyle was great.Best calamari I've had in a long time.Veal Marsala and angel hair pasta was perfect.Excellent chefs.Would definitely eat there again when in town.
Friendly service! Waitress was new but did very well. The lamb chops tasted great!
Don't waste your money. They served me partially frozen meatballs and their resolution was to put my dish in a microwave and tried to pass it off as they made me a new plate. I know this was my plate because they left a piece of the frozen meatball in the bowl. The server was very apologetic but the manager didn't care. It was beyond disappointing and disgusting. Pretty sure it is against health codes to take a dish that was eaten off of and put in a microwave to be used for other dishes and serve them. You are better off microwaving a meal you buy at publix. Same thing for less money and you don't get an attitude.
