Food is authentic & legit. Taste great. We had The jerk chicken and stew chicken- full of flavor. Plus we ordered a beef patty, and plantains. Yum! The plantains were cooked right , not to soft, sweet and delicious. Everything else looked great too. We dug in so fast, sorry forgot to take a picture. Im reading other reviews though, and make sure they are open before you go.
Have been going to Brown's the last 2 Wednesdays and they not open. And no sign is up to explain anything and the answering machine is not giving any excuse. It is very unprofessional. I understand things happen that might cause you to close but at least tell the customers something and don't have me wasting my gas to come down there for nothing.
It's Saturday 12:45 and the restaurant is closed but online reflects they are open.
It was very good, I enjoyed the home cooking and the friendly staff. I will and would recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Love the patties but HATE the disregard for customer's time. 4th time going there and place closed on a Saturday. Kept calling and no answer. Decided to make the 1 hour drive only to find the lights out.Simple Solution: The bakery needs an answering machine that announces hours and NOTIFY when there's a special CLOSURE. Also, they need to have someone update the Google search screen with special closures. This is a business not a backyard pop-up.

Great place to get curry goat juice and rice. But if you looking to get the actual goat this is not the place. It was delicious but the servings are small and the prices are not what you get served.
