Stromboli was not very tasteful. I could only eat a couple bites and gave the rest to the dogs. Wings were subpar, too. Ask for "naked" wings and sauce on the side. They were soaked in sauce and chicken had a less than appealing taste. I am in the Restaurant Industry and this 8s the second time trying them. Bizzarro is a fitting name. Their salad looked good but how difficult is it to make a salad? I recommend going with a National Pizza Joint. Ugh
Worst location. I've given them several chances and they just always suck. The food and service are way better at Malabar Rd location. Here my Order is never ready at pickup time and I end up standing around waiting 10+ minutes waiting on my food. That is if they can even find my order in the system. Staff is stank and wanted to charge for a wing sauce after waiting 20 extra minutes (for a total of 75 mins) for my food this time. I'll take the extra drive to Malabar Rd location next time.

Always great pizza. Plenty of toppings, good service. We have ordered from other locations and had terrible experiences, we will only order from this location now!
The pizza is amazing, but this is the second time i’ve been here: last week i came and they forgot my order and I waited over an hour for food. Im here again and they could not find my food i ordered. I made sure my number was correct. They found the order eventually but they seem very very dis-organized. Sad. I can’t take much more. Mcd has better service.
Worst service. Rude teenage girls run this joint. They could care less about customers, and are blatantly rude. Called to speak to a manager to complain, and one of the teenage girls pretended to be the manager. Never go there again, which is a shame because the pizza isn't half bad.
I had to file a police report after ordering a pizza. So I had picked up food from this place before and never had any issues. We decided to call for delivery and was told that it would take 30 minutes. Nearly 90 minutes passed and we decided to call to find out what was going on. We were told that the delivery drive knocked on our door and called and no one answered. Neither of which were true. The food was delivered and despite the wait we decided to let it go and not complain further. About 5 hours later we received a threatening text from the delivery driver. We are deeply unsettled by the entire situation and there is no food on the planet good enough to risk your health, safety and wellness.Oh and to add to it. I called the restaurant before I called the police and they left me on hold for several minutes and then chose to ignore the issue and when I asked for the managers name they refused to provide a full name and swiftly hung up.
Edit: I came in 02/25/2022.The good: The staff is as friendly as ever.The bad: Quality of the pizza went down and prices went up. Very disappointed in management decision.
