We had lunch at this location today. As we were eating, the Manager Lauri.she was such a positive leader. I felt it necessary to tell her how she was doing. We need so many more leaders like her. She was calling out what she needed and they were answering, and she would give positive feedback. Amazing!
Waited behind 1 car ahead of me for at least 10 minutes. Had coupons for sliders otherwise I would have not paid almost $2 for each and no longer have a happy hour where they are $1. Bread was hot n soft n hot sauce chicken was yummy. Employee was cool
The food was good the service on the other hand not so good. Waited a long time in drive thru line and at window. I was handed a warm drink with no ice. When I finally got someones attention and said there wasn't any ice in my warm soda his response was "Oh I forgot to tell you there is no ice" I said then I don't want the drink its warm if i was told at the window I wouldn't have ordered it. He took my drink and came back a few minutes later with a cup of Cold Died Coke and ICE telling me he had to pull some strings for that. So how is it if there was no ice that strings could even be pulled. I surely didn't see anyone run out for a bag of ice.Plus for 2 meals it was over $30! Thought that was a bit much for sure.
Missing a sandwich that I paid for. Why is it that all fast food places are more than likely to leave a part of your order out. 9/10 times my order is missing something and Arby’s did not fail to add to this list. I guess I’m just gonna have to go inside to order my food and then pull out my entire order and go through each item. Thanks for the outstanding service!!
I was pleased to see that the pecan chicken salad sandwich was back however this is what I got at the drive-thru. Hardly anything in the sandwich! One grape, no pecans, no apple and a lousy tablespoon of chicken. What the heck happened! Certainly not worth the money.
You wouldn’t happen to have a clean rag and some more french fries? ? The entire soda and condiment section was disgusting. The sauce dispenser looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year, NASTY! ? I’d like to thank you for the extra small fries. ?
Just waited 10 minutes after paying to receive my food, which was supposed to be a roast chicken salad and a chicken salad sandwich.... both of which come pre-made, just top the first with chicken and scoop the second onto bread. Apparently, "roast chicken" is code for a single battered, deep fried chicken tender, the $6 salad with container weighing in at 7.1 ounces, the size of a cereal bowl. Don't waste your time or money.
Ordered sandwiches and large fries. Got home and found the fries were much less than half full. About 10 fries in the paper cup. Sandwiches were good though.
Keeping businesses like this fully staffed at this point in time is often as big of a job as anything else related with the business. These employees are most likely mostly new or newish and trained quickly in an attempt to keep things as available for customers as possible. While I was there, the restaurant was busy!! That being said, when a medium fry was accidentally placed in my bag instead of a large, I saw the employee at the window catch it and fix it quickly. Their job is often thankless and not the highest paying. I really appreciated that they cared and paid attention. Yes, it's just what I paid for - but we all know the reality of the situation at this point in time. It shows that someone there is doing their part to instill a positive culture in the employees. Thanks for caring and keep it up!
Fast food, is just that, fast food. On the run good roast beef sandwich. Berry sauce is real goodThey ask at register what sauce would you like but forget to put it in the bag. We ordered milkshakes but someone forgot to make them. Other employee had to get it done. But over all good place for lunch. Just double check your bag to make sure you have everything you ordered.
