Served raw chicken and most was eaten before realizing it as kids don’t notice these things. My son stopped halfway in and showed me and it was fully raw!
Literally the worst Wendy’s I have ever encountered. They have always been terrible but this is the first time I’ve actually written a review. They always forget items or can “never take a card” only cash which nobody Ever has on them. They claim they are fast food but I’ve always waited over 20+ minutes for my food. Which had I not already paid I would have left. Even before covid they always had some excuse about whey they were so slow or always messing up orders. I kept going back thinking it would change based on all the other terrible reviews and it hasn’t. Save yourself some time and a headache and avoid this Wendy’s at all cost.
I placed an order to pick it up and to my surprise when I went to get it, the place was open and looked abandoned, inside the building one boy was sitting on one of the booths with his earphones on and the rest of the place was deserted. On my way out, I saw what seemed like the 4 employees sitting inside a car smocking and telling me that the place was closed. It was 7:45 pm, so it was not time to shut down the place. If you don't like your job, please quit, it is not adequate to behave like that. I will like to have a chat with whoever runs this place to promote a better place and help his business succeed. You need to get read of the bad to improve the good.
On 02/12 order# 367284089 The food quality was horrible and the drinks. 1st off we found hair in the fries and in the chicken. The biscuits were solid like a rock, the sausage was burned and the Ice Tee taste it like sulfer water. If they serve you with such a poor quality, you can imagine the quality in their food and health hazards in their establishment. I will never go back and certainly don't recommend this location.
Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and there was dirt on the top of the bun… and then found a long curly hair in my fries. Also, side note, their tea is not good. But went to the next closest Wendy’s and all was good! This one has been awful every time. No more. Also, witnessed the manager raising their voice with a customer who wanted a refund because they took 45 minutes to bring out a mobile order. They didn’t want the food any more, just their money back. As do I.
This is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to in my life. They NEVER have chili and most of their staff is incompetent. They also don't answer their phone and the GM deserves to be fired for running such a place. Aside from the chili they're frequently out of other popular items as well. Thank GOD I happen to work right across from a different, excellent location!
Recently ordered my food on the app. When I arrived, I requested my food to be fresh . When I got to the drive through I was told the lemonade I order wasn’t available. That was shocking at first so I just requested my food. As I waited on my food and watch employees dance in the lobby while posting it someone brings out my food fries were overdone and nuggets were frozen cold. And was still charged full price. Tried contacting with no response. Won’t be returning.
this location is 5 minutes from work and i get lunch here. but i’ll be traveling 15 instead to another location. this location just never gets it right. every single time i ask for my order a certain way, it’s wrong. no exaggeration. and the fries and NOT hot and fresh…ever
This place is horrible! I've eaten at this place once (and never again, food tasted stale) and have done door dash deliveries from this place a few times and everytime I've gone, the dining room is always closed and the drive thru is always a very long wait. Some of the employees I've interacted with there have poor customer service and bad attitudes. During one of my deliveries I spotted two Wendy's employees right by there side entrance smoking marijuana. I passed right by them to go inside to get my order (The one time I've seen there dining room open) and the smell was horrendous. This place is ABYSMAL!
If I could give this place zero stars, I would.TERRIBLE!!! UNORGANIZED!!! i put in mobile a order, card was charged at 12:57. we didn’t get our food until 1:40 and had to go through the drive thru.we were even sitting the pickup parking spot for HALF AN HOUR as well. the fact we were already waiting, and then when we went through the actual line, they still hadn’t even started it. i get being short staffed, but if you can get through a line of people in the drive thru, you can also worry about the people who put in a mobile order. it’s ridiculous. when people put in mobile orders, they want it to be fast, they have somewhere to be.in drive thru, the order wasn’t even started. at this point it’s 1:30. we’ve been in the line for 30 minutes, and at the window to get food for 10 minutes.they also did not give us our sauce packets. we also got 3 drinks and did not get any straws. the service overall was terrible, and this was not the only time it’s happened. we will not be coming back, and i advise not to even bother going to this location.
