Drink tasted like an ice slushie rather than a smoothie had to throw whole drink away..waste of money. Will go out of way to red bug location. Plus the employees here look miserable.
I came at a rather busy time, so I expected to wait when I saw the line. But that gave me time to watch their employees work. I’ve been waiting for about 10 minutes, every one of the three girls have avoided eye contact with everyone, had a fixed scowl on their faces, and even during interaction with customers, they NEVER SMILED. Not even when a customer joked with one of them. I’m addition, for as busy as they were, there seemed to be no sense of urgency for these girls. It’s sad, because I’ve worked with their owner on school fundraisers and she is very nice. Hopefully they can work on this because while they aren’t mean per se, their unhappiness is kind of contagious.
The employees were a bit rude and kinda seemed like they’d rather be dead than at work. Smoothie was good and came out quick tho
The smoothies and food was good but service needs more organization waited for about 10 minutes to be attended while 3 employees were filling orders all at the same time.Needs organisation
The food and smoothies are flavorful but the staff is not very friendly or attentive. We stood and waited for close to 5 minutes before we were even greeted.
First I need to way for so long to be attended, no body was in the line!, second the woman with the black hair come because his partner tell her that she needs to take the order, and when she comes, her actitud was like She is hated her life and her work. Then she throw the bag with my food on the table and she left! Look nobody is giving me the food for free! I pay for that and I deserve respect. I was a customer but for SURE I don’t gonna come back!!
This location is very hit and miss - I order from here a lot (about twice a week) and about 40% of the time something is missing, burnt, or made incorrectly. Accidents happen, but the employees definitely need to start greeting & thanking their customers, or at least smile a bit more. :) Going to try switching to the Red Bug location from now on.
Ok, but not very convincing. The personnel seemed disinterested, and came only out every ten minutes (so plan ahead if you want some more water or such). The food tasted good, but was a bit smallish for the price
Always delicious, bright, happy, and clean...but do not ever be in a rush. If you are just order ahead. Friendly workers.
Purchased a coupon book from our local seminole county public schools for this location. Buy one get one. This coupon book cost $30 This place was very rude and flat out denied the coupon even though the location was marked on the coupon. This owner owns both Winter Springs and oviedo locations and does not accept them nor does he support our schools. I do NOT recommend this location. Very rude staff and to not support local is insane !!
