My friend talked me into going for first time to try it. I got a great one during happy hour...filled me up like I ate breakfast.
I don’t understand why it takes 15+ minutes to make a wrap. They don’t update you or anything. If you ask for an update they look at you like you’re crazy.

Excellent customer service (i witnessed Mikayla tackle a rush of orders with ease)And they're on top of seating area cleanliness.Smoothies are always fresh & cold with a huge selection for all tastes!Food is relatively healthy, appetizing and well portioned! 5⭐️
My husband and I have always loved Tropical Smoothie but now they have raised their base prices and are charging $1.25 just for asking for lite ginger in a smoothie (that I might add has an overwhelming amount of ginger in it)! Absolutely ridiculous! We are very disappointed.
Good place for vegetarian options. Good quality and tasting drinks too. Highly recommend.
Was recently in your establishment and was greeted by the employee "Brandon R", he was very friendly and helpful, maybe alittle overbearing, but nevertheless helpful. He made my triple sweet berry, double banana shake with greatest of care. He even up sold me a pack of soy chocolate chip cookies. I was very impressed with the establishments customer service, cleanliness, and COVID 19 protecalls. They were so COVID 19 proactive that they offered to give me a booster shot while I waited on my smoothie.. Keep up the good work Flozell.
Not 5 star because coupon not accepted because new ownership isn’t involved in charity. Disappointing.
They no longer have the item I wanted so I left
Went in with a coupon from the fundraiser book we bought from a high school. They said, sorry new owner we don't accept. Not sure if that is the truth or not about new owners. But, it is still Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Bad business.
No complaints except the price. Fresh ingredients with friendly service. But because of the price we have not been back.
