I love the Townhouse- I've been a fan since they were at their original location in Downtown Oviedo. Really large selection of food, vegan/vegetarian options, endless coffee, Greek-influenced dishes... They have everything I could ask for in a diner and more! The Townhouse is such an integral part of Oviedo. The owners also play a really important role in town and have for years. And the staff is so incredibly friendly. Whether you live in town or you're just visiting, it's an absolute must.
What a great experience at this restaurant. Gives a modern feel on old style dinning. Great service, great food and very reasonable prices. Our waitress Flannery was fantastic. Came here for lunch and look forward to coming back for breakfast next time. Great place and I highly recommend.
My friend went there and got served RAW food with terrible service. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else
Raw food absolutely disgusting please save yourself from terrible food and RUDE service. Eating dirt will satisfy you better than their food, they don’t know what they’re doing.
looked like a great fun place to eat. 1st asked if water was well? she said no tap. Broken sewer line? im 53 pretty much eat everything no issues ...the water was Disgusting should have left. ordered patty melt..waitress (worthless rude1) advised Grotesque...raw cheap 70% fat meat ... Way undercooked ...squirting cow fat. daughter ordered simply ham egg sandwich w home fries...egg discs microwaved...huge fatty thick raw (not even warm) slab of 'ham' & smashed 'homefries,' burnt old Grotesque oh & fries ..lol UNREAL fry grease not dumped in a week... the health dept needs to shut them down immediately. again im 53 yrs old this is my First Ever in life bad review. Stay Away till shut down !!!!
The townhouse has been a favor of mine for many many years and even more so when I lived in Oviedo I would go almost 3 or four times a week with my children. Got to know several of the waitresses that hardly any of them work in the new townhouse. Still love to sit at the bar and watch everyone as are working and the food is always fantastic. I’ve had several dishes and they have always been good.

It was a great experience. The biscuits are so good, the pancakes were delicious and huge! The bacon cheeseburger was delicious, ordered medium. Patty melt with toasty seared bread. What else, oh the sweet tea? drank about a gallon. Great service too! They were very friendly and polite. Definitely will be back! Fyi breakfast served all day ??
Nice local, non-chain restaurant located adjacent to the Cross-Seminole trail. Enjoyed the outdoor dining area, which is dog friendly to boot. Breakfast food and service were just okay. Tip: be sure to ask for cheese if you want it in your omelet or you'll end up disappointed like I was, thinking that a Southwestern omelet would come with Colby Jack or some other type of cheese. Will visit again and update review after more experiences.
The Special of the day was very well prepared and we enjoyed it very much! The dessert choices are terrific! I had the ? strawberry- rhubarb pie & my husband had a delicious cake, which I can't remember the name now, but it has blueberries and lemon curd filling..IT WAS FABULOUS! Next time I visit Townhouse I will order that cake for me. Hope they have it!!!If you stop by after 4:00 p.m. you can enjoy their special dish of the day, at a reduced price!!The restaurant has a very comfortable atmosphere, its very clean and our server, a very nice young lady, was extra courteous and friendly.We enjoyed our first visit to Townhouse and wish to return soon to enjoy their great food and courteous service!
