Really neat Fusion Sushi Restaurant. They have taken a combination of multiple flavors and multiple cultures and made something special.I have had this Restaurant on my list for a while. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but when you get in, one will be pleasantly surprised. They have beautiful decor, and a gorgeous open face kitchen. At first glance, you think it's a tiny place, but it extends into a bigger venue.I started off with an A5 Wagyu Fat Wash Old Fashioned, and elevated to a Chef's choice Sashimi selection. The cocktail was amazing and beautifully made. The Sashimi included imported Japanese soy sauce and freshly made Wasabi. It was presented beautifully. Only critique is that I believe the portion was a bit small. It was more ice than fish.We also sampled 3 diverse and delicious Sushi rolls. My personal favorite was the Ceviche roll. It was spectacular. We also had the Seasonal Pork Chop, which was surprisingly amazing. It was cooked to a medium, and delightfully juicy. We finished the evening with an ice cream flight, which included Black sesame, Toasted Almond, Salted Caramel, and Seasonal Cinnamon Toast Crunch. The last one was the best.I would recommend popping in and trying this place. It may not be for everyone, but it is definitely worth the experience.

My wife and I don't eat sushi or raw stuff. We were feeling adventurous and came out. We had seen the fancy interior, and that pulled us in. We tried the eel because it was cooked and it was really good, the Korean fried chicken was amazing. The waitress Valentina, convinced us to try some Salmon stomach nigiri. Omg, lol so good the service is top notch, Valentina explained the menu so perfectly, for people new to sushi and the restaurant. The manager brought over her favorites for us to try, and that really made the evening for my wife. Also...I have to mention, they have the best hot saki I've ever had

My husband and I had dinner here last Thursday. We had the Korean fried chicken and it was so good. The chicken was crispy and the sauce was amazing. Everything was so fresh and good. The manager sent over a recommendation and it was so amazing; we ordered a second one. We ordered the strawberry shortcake style desert; it was sooo good. Our waitress was Valentina; she was so knowledgeable and kind. We will definitely be back!

Had a lovely dinner here with my husband. Service is great and the sushi is fresh. We ordered several rolls and dessert all were delicious. The rolls have great and distinct flavors personally I really liked the red eye. The wasabi root is definitely worth the price if you are a wasabi fan. It's a higher price point but it's to be expected with good fresh sushi. You definitely get your money's worth and will leave satisfied with taste and quality.

We have been regulars at Sushi Pop Oviedo for many years. Great Sushi, Great atmosphere, and Dillion and CJ best classic cocktail bartenders around. Highly recommend!

First time at Sushi Pop. Not what I expected and pleasantly surprised. My new favorite sushi restaurant! Great sushi and the service was excellent!

We can't say how much we really enjoy this place. The fish is always so fresh. They are always coming out with new dishes that we enjoy trying. We love all the staff their. John is always super helpful in helping us select something new to try. The manager is the sweetest. They were even gracious enough to donate two gift cards for my sons school raffle. If you was fresh sushi with amazing flavors it is a must try. And aside from that they are super clean.

We visited Sushipop for the first time last night. We had an amazing experience! Out server (male with black mask) was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations! Due to food allergies they were able to modify a couple rolls. Everything we had from Seaweed Salad, to Winter Scallops (amazing!), and the 4 rolls we ordered were to die for. This is not your run of the mill sushi. The flavors were unique and wonderful. Definitely try their twist on an Old Fashioned cocktail with duck-washed Wild Turkey 101! We will be back!

Sushi Pop definitely has a relaxed, upscale vibe about it. The restaurant lighting is dim, which adds to an upscale ambience for patrons. We ordered several different kinds of sushi, and it was without a doubt solidly good. The prices are without a doubt on the higher side, but the quality and presentation of the food were attractive and convincing.
