Drive through is good. Nice people working there.
Restaurant is supposed to be open at 9am, not the first time that doors are closed at that time. Plus whoever is the one working alone opening which I believe is the manager, act like he doesn't understand when I requested wheat bread. Have to repeat myself a couple of time. If he can't deal with today's different accent he shouldn't be there. It's very irritating to repeat more than twice. Also, saw that the lettuce was already pink and he didn't even changed, didn't ask for it even though I lovebit, not even a napkin on my order either , and this happen all the time on my orders to go. I used to be a regular customer, no more.
I don’t recommend this subway, barely any meat on my sub, I went through the drive through so could not watch them make my sandwich but of course you trust that they will make it the right way, the bread was old and hard, mind you it was a long wait for this nasty sub that they tax for.

Ordered our favorite sub the Chicken Bacon Ranch via the drive-thru self-order dashboard but there was no option to select ranch as a sauce so we assumed they would automatically put ranch on it but when we got the subs there was no ranch causing it to be drier than we'd like. And we selected extra jalapenos but the amount was still pretty sparse on the sub.
I have to say that subways new bread is another step closer to wonder bread. When you advertise that you’re making big changes and your bread is all new I would expect the Italian bread to taste more like Italian bread now instead of going the opposite direction and tasting like white bread. I’m going to Publix.
The sandwich that I received was most likely the worst excuse for a sandwich that that I ever paid for
