I ordered egg white bites with peppers. Drove home to find out they were never cooked. Called the store, Courtney tells me that if I drive back they can heat them for me. Lol... 7 miles each way! and they want $15.00 an hour! ?
Let me start by saying that this store is not conducive for a drive-through. I entered the line by waiting to turn left, (and a warning that if you have anxiety and don’t like people honking repeatedly at you to remove yourself from your wait in line, then just drive to another SBX.) So, as I’m waiting in this extremely slow-moving line, I’m also praying that me and my car slowly melt into the cement, so to save my from the embarrassment of still waiting to turn left, while wishing the car in front of me would possibly think of having a bit of courtesy to pull up directly behind the car in front of it, instead of giving a car-lengths space. At this point, I’m committed and I need my iced matcha. When I finally arrived at the kiosk to order, the lady was nice and I got my matcha, reunited at long-last. It would have been nice if they had added the two pumps of chai that I paid for, but hey. At least I’m not still sitting in that line…
Don’t recommend this specific location. If you place a mobile order make sure you pick it up in the drive through as they don’t prioritize the mobile orders otherwise. On multiple occasions we have waited more than 25 minutes for our drinks.
First let me start off saying I go to this location literally everyday, most days in the morning, and the service is normally EXCEPTIONAL, but today I don’t know what was going on but it was the exact opposite. The lady that took my order was also in the window, did not catch her name but she had a pink wig. I digress. She was not professional in the least bit, she gave me a drink that she knew was made incorrectly. How I know this, because I circled back to return the drink and she said “ Yeah it was made wrong” I just don’t understand handing out a drink that you knew was made incorrectly.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years now. The service is always phenomenal. The baristas are extremely friendly and they always get my order right. I frequent this location a few times a week and have zero complaints! Sure it gets pretty busy in the drive thru but they move along very quickly and it’s always worth the wait! Thank you Oviedo Starbucks for your service!
Used to be ok when they opened. Now they're way too busy for a small store, doesn't matter what time of day it is there is always a wait. I've had a few batistas I'm less than fond of, often they're not very personable.
This has always been my go-to Starbucks location… never had any complaints. Everyone is always so friendly; however, tonight in the drive thru a barista (i believe her name was kyla, the name tag was unclear) seemed very rude. This is my second time interacting with her, and she has always given major attitude…
Inconsistent/poor wait times, incorrect orders, and this unit constantly obstructs traffic.+1 star for good customer service
Vio is absolutely funny and amazing. The drinks suggested is out of this world! Look forward to seeing Vio again at this location.
