So disappointed. First of all they expect you to mobile order ahead if possible. Then the inside wasn't open to sit in. Being sonic you expect to park and be served but nope. Then looking at the facility it's all rusty, dirty and looks awful. So disappointed
We were experiencing a busy day of running errands and didn't want a hussle bussle atmosphere. We looked to our left and there was SONIC. We made a quick turn in and almost as quickly received the footlong chili dog and loaded hot dog we ordered. We topped this off with cherry cokes and cheese fries and the hectic day became simple.
sad that I picked this place for my family because I was really wanting their chili hotdog. Service was fine but then I get home open my meal and the hotdog is black and when I attempted to eat it it was so over cooked it was dried out. Guess I am eating from home after all.
Treated very disrespectfully by what sounded like a young man. Rushed the order, and let out a big sigh when we asked for a split order.Zero customer service, obviously someone hates their job!

Food is always top notch. Service is quick. Unlike many other restaurants their Sprite doesn't taste like mildew.
This is the first time, in 5 yrs, this location has delivered a complete and correct order. The food was great and service was quicker than usual, under 20 minutes.. ? Well done.The only negative has nothing to do with this location. Online and app ordering failed to complete the checkout process. It continued to give a failed error. The drive-thru worked well...
They forgot the corn dogs but fixed it without question. My onion rings were mangled. Lol. Like maybe someone how made them was not sure what a onion ring was supposed to look like.
