This is one of the greatest places of cuisine in all of Central Florida. If I had the authority to grant Michelin Stars, this restaurant would have six of them, easily!This place is a hidden gem and I am genuine and, dare I say, pleading in my request for anybody in the Central Florida area to journey here and order their Sarku Chicken with white rice and no vegetables.When I think about the reality that people will look at this review and potentially miss out on trying this cuisine, I feel overcome with emotions of negativity at their missed opportunity. My heart weeps for any who have not yet experienced this establishment. I beg of you, reading this, to partake in the experience. This place Teriyaki Japan or Sarku Japan is a horrible place. The Oriental Cashier who apparently is the owner is very mean, rude, and have attitude against Hispanics. I'm going to sue her for this. If anyone else wants to join, you are welcome. My email is [email protected], just let me know. This person has to pay for her actions. This interaction between me and the rude cashier (owner) honestly made me not to want to come here anymore. This was definitely my last visit here. Very rude management. Cashier (Owner) have no respect for her customers, they will literally throw your change back at you. I would not recommend this to anyone.
I love this place. Very nice people and efficient and appreciative of people's time. Line always moves fast. I have cravings for Sarku and ALWAYS get Sarku before a movie. It has becomes a tradition for more than 3 years now
Service was excellent, you actually see the chicken being prepared the price is right and choice of food great. Tastes fantastic

Ordered through door dash food was disgusting...it looked like a big slop of garbage. Everything was wrong with it. Went over there and they refused to give a refund.
Good customer service which saved them a star from being low in rating. We had their sushi and won't be having any more again. With sushi, you can taste the freshness pretty easily if you eat enough of it and we love sushi. This sushi was lower then Publix sushi in freshness comparison, so their ingredients are not too fresh so we dare not try the other food.
I would give it 6 stars, if I could. Always well cooked and delicious. Staff are efficient and friendly. Love it.
I’ve spent half of my life in Oviedo, so I have been here frequently throughout the years. I recently went today for the first time in a while, and the service was very rude. I could understand if they were extremely busy, but that wasn’t the case. When I asked for a bag and extra sauce on the side, they acted like they wanted to bite my head off. When they got my order wrong, the attitude that came from the woman at the register was unreal. This interaction honestly made me not to want to come here anymore. This was definitely my last visit here.
Good food but so rude to people the way they speak to everyone is discussing it makes you not even go back that's how rude they treat you.
