Had difficult time obtaining wine list, decided on house wine which was good.

Ordered my meal, however was not aware it had a butter garlic sauce with it (where I cannot eat butter). Told my server However this young lady server (with a nose ring in) could have cared less. Just took my plate away. Didnât offer nor ask if I wanted anything else. Very unprofessional and with attitude. We wonât be back!!
Romano’s Macaroni Grill is the restaurant of our choice! The food is always prepared perfectly delicious, and the atmosphere is like no other! Our server today was Tyler. The chicken Parm was outstanding, the penne rustic a was just fair ( A bit burned on top and pretty runny), spaghetti and meatballs good. Service was very good, prices average.
Food was not the greatest bland with no flavor

Macaroni Grill is a great restaurant for celebrating small things or big things. It's a restaurant that remains at the top of my list for many years. The food is consistently delicious. The staff always makes you feel you are the most important people in the room. I am happy to say that I have not ever been disappointed.
Made reservations for Mother's Day. Got to the restaurant just before 7:00pm and got seated right away. Ordered drinks and appetizers. Very delicious. got our meals in a timely fashion. Sara was our waitress, excellent job she did. Everything about the night was perfect. Drinks, appetizers to the main entree. Most enjoyable evening!!!!!!!
OVERALL: (4/Very Good) Considering the Macaroni Grill is a mid-market chain restaurant it consistently delivers great Italian food at an outstanding price point. FOOD: (4/Very Good). Bib and Blue Salad, Tortellini, and Lasagna were all Very Good. SERVICE: (4/Very Good). Our server Tibago provided five-star service. The Service rating is a (4) due to us being seated at a booth next to the entrance to the restrooms and the kitchen. As an Open Table VIP requesting a booth, I would have expected a better booth would have been reserved for us. As there was no other booth available, we asked to be seated at a table. AMBIANCE: (3/Good). Typical chain restaurant. VALUE: (5/Outstanding). $110 before tip ($25) for great food with a cocktail and a bottle of wine is hard to beat.
