I ate here last night. The food was good. I sat at the bar where the cooks were preparing the meals. The chicken appetizer was hot, crispy and had a nice seasoning. It is cut up thigh pieces that were seasoned and deep fried. It came with a zesty Mayo based dipping sauce that had a little kick to it. I really enjoyed it. There were 6 pieces but we ate 2 before we remembered we wanted to take a picture of it. My bowl of ramen was delicious. It had pork, bamboo shoots, seaweed, spinach and a fermented egg. It was very flavorful. My wife’s ramen was equally as good. It was their garlic ramen. I don’t know what was in hers, but I will attach a picture of it. The dinnerware was unique in the sense that the spoons were made from what looked to be bamboo. I added this restaurant to my I would visit again list.

Rude customer, waiting for a table talked a server, who didn't even wait on me, into asking me to leave so she could have my table. 1 of our meals were not even eaten yet and my kids were in the bathroom. So the guy gave me my check and a to go container $70 so a single Asian woman can use my table. We weren't even done with our food!

Great food & friendly service. We’ll definitely be back.

The Tonkotsu ramen and Karaage we ordered was delicious. The ramen eggs were perfect! I loved how gooey they were. When I saw the menu and how limited it was, I was excited, because usually the best ramen experiences I have had were always at smaller restaurants with no frills. Although the restaurant is on the smaller side, there was plenty of seats when I visited after work on a Wednesday evening.

Got the shoyu bowl and it was delicious. Smart of them to have the broth in its own container so the noodles don't get mushy on the way home. Takes awhile, but just plan around that and just be patient. It's really good!

Very rich creamy delicious tonkotsu broth. The spicy miso was a deep flavored treat but the real gem is the tonkatsu. The chashu was very tender and fell apart, but I would prefer it broiled more. The flawless order is tonkotsu, substitute ginger for corn, chili paste on side, chashu torched extra. Go there and be your own version of a Starbucks hipster. Generous Military discount.

I didn’t have a high expectation when I came to try this place, because last time I had a terrible experience with the other place. But it actually tastes really good! The dumplings is delicious and their ramen is just right on spot! The staffs are super friendly. Highly recommended and definitely will be back!

The ramen here is amazing! I ordered the Tonkatsu ramen and the broth was very flavorful and you can definitely taste the pork bone flavor. The pork is also hand torched right in front of you if you sit at the bar. The gyozas are also really nice and crispy and they don’t use any oil when cooking it. My only complaint is that the Onigiri is a bit overpriced for the quality I’m getting. Overall a great place and I would definitely come back again.

No frills ramen bar is easily one of Orlando’s best - if not the best - Japanese ramen joint.A bit of a drive to get here, unless you're in the Oviedo area. Just a heads up that seating is limitedThe tonkotsu was rich and balanced - most places in our city have their broth an edge too salty. The karaage was tastefully battered and crispy.Highly recommend!

Everything was the closest I have had here in FL to the real Japanese Ramen!! Even the karaage and onigiri!! We are not from Orlando, but we will definitely be coming back. Great customer service as well.
