Of course they have great food but if they can triple check their orders before sending them out that would be great!! Especially mobile orders. So many times I have had items missing. Make sure you check your food before leaving!!!
Not a great fan, more of a grilled/BBQ kinda guy. Customer service can be a lot better. But there are those times when them Popeye's biscuits be calling my name...lol!
Of all the Popeyes I've been to in this state, this was the best. Staff was friendly, food was good and prepared quickly. Very positive experience.
I went to the Bruton Blvd/Columbia location in Orlando & ordered the 2 piece spicy all dark combo with potatoes & Coke thru the drive thru. When I got home I had 2 pieces of chicken that was not fit to eat. It was burnt & hard. I was too tired & sick to go back & get my money back. Please check your food b4 leaving. This was horrible.
Chicken sandwiches were awesome, as always! Waiting for them in the drive thru is painstakingly long! I get it's difficult to get help, but it's tough to see their competitors have 10x the amount of employees for doing the same thing....
Mumbling clerks, low talkers, and bad customer service. Cant seem to get any orders correct and then get mad when you ask them to correct it. The W Colonial location is worth driving the 10 extra minutes to get to even though the lines is always longer.
This palmcoast store is the most unreliable restaurant in the world...They always have missing items on the menu.The drive thru is the slowest ever just close this location until you can find some ppl who can work for the wages you are offering. BUCCEE'S DONT HAVE AN EMPLOYEE SHORTAGE!!!!
Horrible service. Order was wrong went inside and Cashier was arguing with another customer cursing and being disrespectful. Asked for refund and left will not patron this place ever again .. 2nd and last time!!
Does not offer blackened tenders and hasn’t had any “seasoning” for the last year in order to make the blackened tenders despite the option being listed on their menu board.
The food was great and seasoned just fine
