I never complain when it comes to fast food, but….That had to be the most disgusting sandwich I’ve ever had. Ask for a spicy chicken sandwich. The outside of the sandwich bag and the plastic bag were both covered in spicy mayo sauce . I should have known it was a bad sign. Then the chicken sandwich itself was completely covered in sauce on the the entire sandwich inside and out. I took it home just to see how much sauce was on there and I was able to scrape off almost a 1/2 cup!Would one of these employees actually eat what they make or are they that careless about what they make? Obviously poor management! Last time I eat at a Popeyes restaurant.
Gave this place a chance and they blow it. My wife ordered 2 PC chicken all white meat. They screwed that up. Got one dark meat and 1 white meat with no meat on the bone all breaded. The biscuit was dry and hard. The owner really needs to get their act together or their neighbor KFC now the best chicken place is going to put them out of business. Went there because my wife likes Popeyes, but hates this location. Corporate needs to step in.
Order 3 chicken sandwiches and fried chicken to go. When I got home got very disappointed to see the sandwiches had plain mayonnaise instead of their sauce. Why couldn't they let me know before hand? My son don't eat mayonnaise. He only had one bite. These sandwiches with mayo are bad. I paid for something specific and got something else. Not fair.
Waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru before we could manuver around and leave. Cars moved, but very slowly. You think it's because they're short staffed, right? Nope, used the restroom and saw tons of staff in there.
Delicious but every time I order the sandwich, it’s always incorrect. I order extra pickle, no mayo. Then popeyes always has to remake it. Why don’t you just make all sandwiches plain as the standard order then let the customer add on.
Long wait times and incorrect orders seem to be the new norm. Ask for a two piece white meat and received a breast and thigh. Grossly over priced.A waste of time and money.
Always yummy! I've waited a long time for food on a few visits but it's ways worth it. Service is good too.
Ordered in the app. Dining room closed and they weren't picking up phone. Waited approximately 30 minutes in drive through for them to tell me that they were out of the majority of my order. There should probably be some sort of way the app could have told me this. Manager was nice enough about it, but mad that they wasted my time. Went home without anything and had to get a refund through the app.
Last week, I was having a very bad night, and two awesome workers there, George and Satchel, really made me smile. Excellent service, these guys really know how to put customers first and they made my night.
It is ok, but check your order when picking up, they could have miss something
