Rachel you as so helpful for my first time here. The food was amazing!!! I’ve never tried a poke bowl before and I can’t believe it took so long!!!
It was our first time there and we really enjoyed it. The manager was insanely nice and offered us help if we needed it. The bowl I got was very good, I really liked the spicy tuna. The variety in options was pretty great as it gave me more to try with my bowl. Overall a good first experience :)
Great food and the best customer service. My Doordasher picked up and brought the wrong order. Pokeworks gave us the right order and gave us a free roll, even though it wasn’t their fault. They just genuinely care about their customers and always make the experience so pleasant
Just moved here and love this place. Food is not only healthy but tastes great! Customer service is top notch, and they're fast and efficient. A+ all the way around
Pokeworks absolutely makes the best poke bowl out there. I've been to so many of the competitor's shops--(Kona bowl, Big Kahuna, and Island Fin)--and nothing compared to Pokeworks' creations. First of all, this location offers the most variety of ingredients and everything is perfectly fresh. They are generous with portion sizes and I walk away feeling sated, indulgent, and yet happy that the bowl had been infused with every kind of healthy vegetation. Leafy greens, crisp cabbage blends, blanched kale, edamame, fresh corn, and cucumber. The generous sauces make every normally boring vegetable sing. It's really the best out there if you don't want the competitor's 2 lbs. of cheap rice with a few soggy greens and stale fish. I would eat at Pokeworks every day if they opened shop at Heathrow or Lake Mary.
Visit yesterday for lunch was in and out. Loved the speed of service and quality products!! Keep on rocking!
Came today the employee there were so friendly, the food is fantastic!!! Will visit again!!!

This store seems to be running by little kids that had no idea of what are they’re doing. They’re always messing up the orders. For the past month we had to call the store after we had placed the order just to make sure they read everything that we order and to remind them to include the extra sauce. Even after they had confirmed everything, they still forget to include one or two ingredients. The few times that they got the order right, we still had to called them and tell them that the amount of ingredients were wrong.Tonight we called again after placing the order and they didn’t tell us that they had ran out plastic bowls and instead we got the food in one of those square cartons and when we opened it, the food was a mess,It looked very disgusting and the carton was soaked with sauce. Impossible to eat.We have talk to several managers about this problem and they have apologized and refunded our money. But this is not how you run a business, someone needs to train those kids a lot better because they don’t have a clue how on how to prepare an order. We won’t be doing business with them anymore.
