I’ve been there twice recently when they “closed” earlier than their posted hours say. Tonight I pulled up at 9:20pm. I drive up to the drive-thru, whose menu boards were all lit up, then the automated voice comes on with the specials, then a live voice saying they closed. Funny, if they were closed why are the menu board lights still on, and the speakers/mic still working?!?!?! Sounds to me like shifts that want to go home early and don’t want to serve customers.
I ordered my usual favorite to go, a Turkey avocado blt. I get home to open my sandwich and the Turkey looks DISGUSTING. Cheap packaged deli meat looks better than this. AND IT WAS $12 for this meal?! Not to mention they didn’t put avocado, lettuce, or tomato on my sandwich. So disappointed right now. Not going back to this location if this is the quality they’re putting out.
So, I’ve been done for a while with Panera. Between the price increases, shrinking of servings and the laughable boiled round objects they refer to as bagels.Bagels that they can’t even butter for you.Tonight I had a meeting with a couple of folks that chose Panera.I figured I’d try a baked good while I was there, as to at least purchase something while using your establishment. What I see as I looked at what was offered, was DOZENS and DOZENS of young flies all over the muffins, danishes, cookies and whatever was on display.Needless to say, I purchased NOTHING.So basically, the only thing Panera is good for is the Wi-Fi.DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!THE RISK OF ILLNESS IS HIGH AND THIS PLACE IS WAY OVERDUE FOR AN INSPECTION!!!HELLO!! DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH!????
I was highly disappointed by the local Oviedo Panera on Tues, Mar 22. After a long day at work and failed plumbing issue at home, our family craved Panera. We placed our order for take-out and it was a complete fiasco. $53 to receive a half-full Broccoli cheddar soup, 4 pieces of bread and 3 hardened grilled cheese sandwiches. Mind you, the grill cheese was not on bread: the sandwiches were on stale baguettes, half-sized and inedible. No side of potato chips. I called the store and their manager, Walter said, "The commissionary didn't deliver chips. And to come by and pick up the bags." Do Panera managers not understand employees should pre communicate the short supply and offer suitable alternatives? Do Panera managers not understand food should be edible and in the portions the customers paid for? Do Panera managers understand families traveled home and its a colossal inconvenience to drive back to fix the order? Do Panera managers not understand how to verify and check orders before given to customers? Is this corporate greed or ineptitude? This will be the very first time I dispute a food charge on my credit card? Orders up!
Was greeted immediately upon entering. Wasn't rushed to place my order. Kinda quiet at the time clean & friendly
Wild rice soup
I ordered Panera as my son is sick and we thought some Chicken Noodle soup would be good for him. You are asked to pick a side so we selected an apple. However the soup was just broth, no chicken or noodles, and the apple was also and bruised. Needles to say I’m not giving my son any of the food we ordered him. I was trying to avoid leaving our house in case he tests + for COVID.
Below average for a Panera. Don’t use their own system for notifying order, make you listen for them saying your name. Don’t warmly welcome guests consistently. Have gotten to-go vs. for here wrong. Seems like a juvenile atmosphere of workers who aren’t really concerned with the guest experience.
Panera bread has the best soup and they give you a lot in the bowl not the bread bowl but it's the number I would give you all number 10 for the focacci bread it's a great and I just wanted to let you know that but that the soup and sandwiches are delicious
I had a salad with chicken, and it was nicely made. The baguette on the side was especially tasty. It was perfectly acceptable for a late night dinner after a long road trip.
