Omgsh can't say enough great things about this place.. I love they have options for everyone. The place was clean and had friendly and helpful staff.
This has to be one of the filthiest establishments I have ever seen in person! The fact they serve anything meant to be consumed is appalling! This place should be shut DOWN! You can see it from the moment you walked in. The floors are disgusting. The machines were the yogurt is dispensed is beyond dirty and the toppings area is so very gross. This place is lacking any and all kind of management oversight.
Utterly disgusted on display of ignorance my family experienced tonight. The two female employees failed to acknowledge my family's presence while conversing with each other as if it was social hour at the registered. My sister and I asked for sample cups three times without response. Yet two white male customers can walk inside the establishment and be greeted with hospitality. We were blatantly ignored while my young nieces looked on! Tonight was my first and last time visiting this location. This is an example we will NOT set nor tolerate. Do better Menchies.
I just stop by with my kids and we were very disappointed, everything was terrible, the fruits were old, the ice cream taste bad, the chocolate fudge was like water.
It was our first time visiting Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt. My children were extremely excited to serve their own frozen treats. However, the young man working wasn’t as enthusiastic. My 5 year old dropped his empty cup so I gave him mine. After dispensing a tad of the vanilla he dropped his cup as he moved to another flavor. The employee was annoyed as he grabbed another cup and said “so what’s this cup number 3”. To make matters worse when I was dispensing the cookies and cream frozen yogurt the red plastic contraption attached to the nozzle snapped off. He huffed and puffed and went on and on about another customer that the same thing happened to and he wasn’t giving a discount. I rolled my eyes and firmly expressed that I didn’t ask nor did I except a discount. The whole experience was just very odd and uncomfortable. I feel the employee lacked the necessary (social) experience to work with the public especially in a setting where children visit.
Great place to cool off during summer or anytime you need a light treat
Dirty dirty dirty. They need to clean throughout the day. Every surface soiled and no cleaning done for a long time. Trash can overflowing to point where we had no place to throw food bowl away. Gross. Outside covered in trash and broken glass. Needs help from management. Imagine what the food prep area looks like it this is what the area the customers can see looks like.
Very good! Great service. Not many flavors but there’s a lot to choose from. Highly recommend this place.
This place is great. Friendly staff. Everything is nice and clean.
Very disappointed with their customer service! We went as a large group, one member of the group got hot fudge which tasted spoiled. She told the young lady at the restaurant what the problem was and asked if she could throw it out and get a new one w/o the fudge. The young lady, said sure you can get a new one and pay for it. After we spent a good amount of money on the group I thought a little curtsy was prudent. We will not be returning!
