As far as McDonald’s go, this is one of the best and most consistent I’ve come across in Orlando and beyond. The drive thru is almost always moving at a smooth pace, the staff is nice, and orders are usually fresh and accurate (with an occasional mistake here and there, but I’ve been visiting this location regularly for nearly 7 years so a few mistakes are inevitable, and they gladly fix them when something goes wrong).Also, as others have mentioned, the app can be a pain and has some quirks and nuances, but it’s not fair to blame a single location for something built by McDonald’s HQ, they have no control over it.
We were rushing to met a very early repairman appointment and this helped us get a quick breakfast and snack.
Stone cold fries. Filet o Fish not much better. Didn't even melt the cheese.
Hot fresh food fast less than 3 min at lunch time! Only thing I can say negative was they could put a little more salt on my ?. ?
Don't waste your time going here you'll either have to eat in your car or outside.
The last two times we visited this location and got burgers, they had charred greasy grill scum on the patty.
Terrible service! Have found hair in my food, food items missing and charged for items I did not order.Manager has a bad attitude and doesn't even apologize for their error!Stay away from this place! Terrible!

The coffee is good but they don't allow you to use their lobby, making it a bad choice for people working remotely.
Ordered thru drive thru, but the employee that took my order was very nice and polite. The cashier that charged for our food was very pleasant n food was great!
