I love Marco's Pizza! It's way better than the other pizza chains in the same price range (Domino's, Pizza Hut, Hungry Howies, & Papa John's). The crust is soft and flavourful, even better with the free crust toppings. Their pizza sauce is the perfect blend of sweet, salty, and zesty. The cheese and toppings are always fresh & of great quality.Bonus points to this location for always getting our orders right and for consistency providing us with amazing pizza!
Their pizza is okay. Not my favorite, but not bad. But this review is for their salads. My brain tells me it's just regular iceberg lettuce with an average amount of ordinary toppings and some Greek dressing. But my heart tells me it's love. So fresh. So crispy. I ordered one to share with my family to go along with a pizza... well, sorry family, they got none of it. I couldn't stop. I ate every bite of it. I had no room left for pizza and I didn't care. I thought about that salad for days, until I broke down and ordered another one for lunch. A family size portion this time, all for me. I paid $18 for that salad after delivery and tip, and I regret nothing. To my overwhelming delight, the family portion arrived separated into two containers: one for my lunch, and another for dinner. I don't know where you people get your vegetables, but whatever you're doing, please keep doing it.
Normally Marco's has great pizza and we order all the time. So when our most recent order was delivered, with the wrong toppings and all toppings slid to one side we had to call the manager. The manager told us he was sorry for our experience and asked if we wanted a fresh one brought out. Told him we would make it work (we were starving) and asked if he could put a credit for the pizza on our account. He said absolutely, apologized again and we hung up. So next time we ordered, I called the store and inquired about the credit and wouldn't you know it....no record of the credit. Word to the wise...get Manager's name and anything else you will need to prove this happened. So the manager on duty told me he could give me a $10 credit. Fine I guess. According to the website, the Pepperoni Magnifico was on sale for $9.99. I ordered that and added mushrooms and banana peppers. Manager told me the total was $23. I asked how to banana peppers and mushrooms cost $10? He just said the computer wouldn't let him do something or other. Well long story but we won't be ordering from Marcos anymore. We have ordered for years but there are plenty of other places I guess. A company is to only judged for how it handles it's successes, but also how it handles it's failures. If this happens, just make sure to get all the info you will need to redeem the credit.
Horrible experience with doing a simple curbside pickup on Friday 11/05/21. Did the ASAP option. Arrived actually about 10min after the expected time due to accidentally not selecting the Marcos closer to me at the time. Parked in the curbside parking spot and selected on the app that were there. Sat and waited… showed the pizza was ready in the app….. and waited for 20min. Saw people go in/out picking up their pizza and waited. I had 2 small children in the car and was raining so really needing the curbside pickup. There became a point in which I wasn’t going to be patient anymore and realized there was nobody ever going to bring it out. So I ran in and asked when my pizza would be ready. The clerk nonchalantly goes over and pulls my pizza out of the bottom stack of pies. Nothing said. I then ask how long was this ready?? And tell her that I have been waiting for over 20min with my kids in the curbside spot. I had to literally glare at her to get an apology. Pizza was lukewarm and really wanted to go back in and request a fresh hot pizza but my kids were hungry and done.Edit…. I filled out the feedback survey right after getting the pizza. Nobody contacted me. I reached out to Marco’s via messenger and got a response that an owner will get back to me and send my info. I responded asking what info was needed. Never received a response or any contact. This location has no customer service.

Excellent salads and pizzas
I ordered a deluxe med thin pizza,but didn't get it.,I gave the order to the so call manager, which she asked three times for the order and told me it be ready in 15 min. When I got there, I still had to waited another 15 min on top of 45 min. When the person brought the order out tome with a hot soda. This all started when the manager ask me for my name which I gave her mr mcmillian. To me she wasn't to key on me being call mr mcmillian when the guy came with pizza he call me mack and had hot soda for me this is clear sign black get mistreated at restaurant Marco's pizza.i spend $18 there and all i got was I'm sorry your order wasn't right.if you want to get mistreated because you ask for mr in front your name or being black isn't enough just call Marco's pizza in oviedo, fl and get your messed up pizza they don't rate a star
I just bring home pizza, cheezy bread, and chicken wings from Marco's tonight... My family loves them... I ordered it by phone on my way home, when I got on the curbside parking and call the store it was ready and get it faster... I drove 25 minutes to home and everything was warm and delicious...
