Terrible…Went through drive through and ordered 8 pieces of chicken all dark meat. My kids don’t like white meat. Was told I couldn’t t do that. Even offered to pay more if needed. They said no. I was told they don’t do that here. If I wanted 8 pieces of chicken it would be 2 wings, 2 breasts, 2 thighs and 2 drumsticks. I left without anything. I will go next door to Popeyes next time as they do this.
Absolutely disappointed in this kfc line backed up, stood inline for 20 minutes before getting help! Manager is absolutely the rudest person and should not be a manager! Yelled at his employee that was on her break to hurry up and come back when her break wasn’t even over and to yell at her like that in front of people so disrespectful!!! This kfc on Mitchell hammock road needs new management and workers
At 9:20 on Friday night, no one in drive thru, no one inside. I come up to drive they and man says he is busy and will be right back. He then starts singing…. After over a minute of singing he says something I don’t understand, I asked him he was ready? He then starts going off on me like, why you rushing me, he repeated himself a few times. He said we only have chicken on bone and do I really want to eat here. I left…. I’m sure he’s not management material or a true reflection of kfc brand. Sad how that soured my taste for kfc and we went to Popeyes right next door.
First time visiting this new location. I ordered a 3 pc and was given a 2 pc after waiting for 10min for a batch of fries.The person handing us the food seemed to be upset and complaining to his coworker about the time. We got there around 8:50pm and by the time we got our food was 9:06pm. I believe they close at 10:30pm and I tried to call to get a refund for my order and they don’t answer the phone.Terrible customer service and I definitely should have checked the reviews before visiting.
Don’t pick up phone. Did a mobile order it said it was going to be ready by 6:50pm it is now 7:32pm and still no food. Wish I knew how to cancel my order so I can leave and go to Popeyes. Never had a issue like this over there.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could they are so unprofessional. I am a driver for a food delivery app and on 2 different orders have encountered egregious behavior from the staff. On one order I asked 3 times before I left if the order was correct and was told 3 times they gave me the right one. This was a $70 order that the customer paid for. The customer called me in tears after I delivered to her because she was given a completely different order that didn't come close to the value of what she paid for.The second time, they gave away another customer's order but refused to make it again. Every time a driver pulled up for the order, they would tell them "that order went out already." When I was told this, I called the customer and she said she still had not received her order, and had been waiting an hour for it. They refused to make another order to correct their mistake, even after I explained their customer never received the order.Order from the Popeys less than a block away if you want to be treated with respect and get what you ordered.
6:30 pm on a Sunday should've been prime time for any fast food restaurant but not this one! Half of their lights were off, including the menu lights, which made it difficult to read. We waited in line behind only 3 people but it still took 40 minutes. We attempted to order 3 items and were told by a laughing customer service person that they were out of all of them. Finally we canceled our order and left. Whoever owns this franchise really needs to rethink their chosen profession. Clearly they cannot staff, stock, or maintain a restaurant competently.
We placed an order on Saturday 10/09/21 around 1:30pm. When the cashier took the order (I believe it was Leopold), he was very friendly and answered all the questions we had concerning the side orders on the number 7 meal. Leopold confirm that it comes with 2 sides and the french fries. We specified that one of the chicken sandwich don't put any pickle on it. When Leopold was done, the printer for the receipt was OFF, so I turn it on and heard it printing, but nothing came out, so I guessed the paper was jammed. Anyway, we didn't get a receipt.There was a young girl working on the station side close to the front. I see the manager walking from the other side of the station with the two boxes and starts talking to the young girl. We were talking so we didn't see when the young girl put everything inside a bag and gave it to us. We grabbed the drinks and left the location. When we arrived home, both of the chicken sandwich had pickles (I took them out, but I dislike the taste it leaves on the sandwich) and each box was missing the mash potatoes. I could not find a telephone number online and we didn't have a receipt. I found corporate number and of course is closed, its weekend.So today is Wednesday 10/13/21 and I decided to go in and talk to the manager. I had taken pictures so when I talked to her I showed her the pics. The manager quickly apologized. I told her there is no number to call the store to let you know on the same day what was missing. How come a new store is doing so horrible when it comes to messing up the orders? I told her Google reviews are bad, and you guys just opened not too long ago.The manager went ahead and gave me the whole meal for free and apologized again for what happened. That is customer service,Thank you.
Be wary when ordering the individual sides. The side of Mac and cheese was half a scoop a toddler or baby portion. Didn’t even fill half of the container. Also did not provide me with my credit card receipt. Helpful so if you have to go back to dispute anything on your order - if you are not going to give correct portions of sides, might as well don’t make me spend $3 for a spoonful of Mac Amd cheese. How hard is it really?! Will not be returning to this location.
