I have passed by Kelly's many times and finally visited this evening. I got a scoop of butter pecan on a waffle cone. Although very fresh tasting, the flavor left much to be desired. It tasted like diet/low sugar ice cream. Something was definitely missing.

Kelly’s has the best ice cream in central Florida. Each month they offer a new handful of seasonal flavors and my favorite special week is Christmas in July. Peppermint ice cream in July is extra special. Don’t forget a dog pop for your furry pal.

This place is just so good. They have a great selection of flavors and very friendly staff. They’re right on the Seminole Trail in downtown Oviedo, so it’s a great place to take a little break and get a treat. I had the toasted coconut and the banana pudding flavors today and they were both winners. They have sugar and waffle cones, and a waffle bowl, shakes and malts. They make their own ice cream, so this isn’t just someone selling some big manufacturers products, this is craft ice cream done right.

Their ice cream is great. There are always lots of different flavors to pick from as well as the standard ones. Service is great as well. I'm slightly disappointed that they no longer put two different flavors in a small or medium as I like banana pudding together with toasted coconut. Now I will only go when I have someone to share with.

I like it. The ice cream flavors are okay. Nothing really stands out. Toppings are regular. Location is nice though. There's room for the kids to play, and the trail is right behind there. This is a nice place for children, but it's a hit or miss for adults. They need to come up with better options.

Delicious! Came for spirit night and did not disappoint! Tried cake batter, cookie monster and ore-dough. Cookie monster was by far our favorite! Can't wait to come back and try a shake next time!

I tried one of their featured flavors last month (chocolate explosion with butterfinger pieces) and this month’s chocolate heath + caramel. Both extremely disappointing. There was so little Butterfinger and the pieces were so tiny that it was barely detectable; basically plain chocolate ice cream.Tonight I tried an April featured flavor I mentioned above. Again, basically plain chocolate ice cream. No hint of gooey caramel sauce and minimal tiny bits of what I assume was Heath bar. Very disappointing.I will say their chocolate peanut butter brownie and banana pudding are amazing and loaded with sizable yummy chunks of all the good stuff. So, why do they skimp on the add-ins in their featured flavors.

Gone way too much for my waistline but lots of options and interesting flavors. They have a few dairy free flavors. Allergen info is posted.

Very friendly servers as well as great tasting ice-cream.

Don’t go to the College Park location because the portion sizes are way smaller than the portions at her other locations, yet the prices are the same. So you get completely ripped off. Very disappointed.
