Jersey Shore girl who loves Jersey Mike's subs, but every time I walk into this location I can smell that the fountain drinks machine doesn't get cleaned. I used to work in a military dining facility and we cleaned the beverage machines on a daily basis. I told someone the last time that I came, that I saw mold growing on the machine and from the looks of it, it wasn't fixed. If it wasn't an odor that hits you while walking in the door, I'd give it a five star. My six year old little girl said that it stinks while we were walking in to get our subs.
This was my first time having Jersey Mike’s subs. Ordered with Door Dash. Was super fast and delicious. We ordered the BLT Sandwich in the Giant size. Still warm when we received the meal. The Giant size sub was just over 14 inches. Almost enough to feed my husband and I. Great meal and will definitely recommend and eat here again. Thank you!
Awesome customer service! I know I can order a curbside pickup through the app but it wasn’t letting me customize one of the sandwiches. So I called and placed the order and asked if they can still do the curbside pick up since I have a baby and it would be so inconvenient to have to take her out of the car seat, to put her in the stroller, go get the 3 sandwiches I wanted plus drinks and all, put that in the car, then take the car seat out of the stroller…place it on the base; fold the stroller, put it in the truck … (u get the picture!) We picked up two subs. The service was quick and they didn't skimp on the toppings. There's plenty of seating inside as well.
Always liked this place. Always had good service. The only thing I don’t like nowadays, and lots of fast food and non sit down restaurants are doing, is when you pay by credit card it always asks for a tip option. Are we trying to change the culture if you make at least minimum wage and don’t wait on me at a table I’m not supposed to tip. I know some will say “ j**** and “just choose not to tip” but I actually don’t like it from anywhere. It actually influences me at times to not go there and just make something at home which in the end saves me money but I wonder if the managers would like to know that especially if I am not the only one doing that
Of all the chain sandwich shops in town, Jersey Mike's is by far the best. I haven't had a bad sandwich here yet. Special note should be made about the staff. The employees are great. Friendly, attentive, and they pay attention to the little things which gives them an edge over any other location in town I think.

Literally just walked in at 9:00pm local time and told that I had 2 minutes to order as I looked at the menu board by the tall, dark haired gentlemen behind the counter. Was he for real or just rude AF? Never in my life been in this late, and never had such a rude experience. Ridiculous! Don't allow me in if I don't have time to order!
Bathrooms broke , no where to wash hands or use a toilet, staff pee outside i guess and using hand sanitizer supposedly , come on hire a plumber ASAP this isn’t acceptable
