Fries were extremely stale, wings dry and chewy. Was very disappointed :-(

First to be clear, this is Chili's version of a ghost kitchen. Unlike other ghost kitchens, which don't allow for pickup, only delivery through other services, such as door dash, uber eats, etc., they allow you to order online and you may pick up the item at the Chili's to go area.The prices are amazing for the volume of food you receive. Each box of wings (increments of 8) comes with curly fries. So if you do math and order 32 wings, you would get 4 boxes (8 wings and curly fries) per box. You will have fries coming out of your ears.The wings are oversized and taste great. We opted for buffalo and barbeque. The boneless order was naked and sauce free. Both the wings and the boneless were cooked just right, and not dry at all. The fries were good too. Granted you can't keep any french fry crispy in a to go container.We highly recommend.
Out of four items ordered, they forgot two of them. No response so decided to leave a review. Wouldn’t recommend.
The pricing is close to unbeatable. And the portions are substantial. The sauce I got (jalapeño cilantro) was very tasty my only complaint is they don’t have any truly spicy sauces. Hopefully this changes in the future!
By far the worst wings I have ever ordered. The chicken was hard and oversized for normal chicken wings. Didn't taste fried at all and lacked flavor.
I bought 8 different flavors and maybe 2 were ok. I ended up with 4 extra boxes of fries.
It’s Just Wings is Chili’s.I️ placed my order through Google & the lay out of the order seems a bit misleading. I️ ordered 3 different combos that states that the order comes with fries & a drink but I️ ended up buying 3 extra fries that were absolutely not needed, due to the way the system is laid out. We ended up giving the extra fries to a homeless guy. They definitely give you a lot of food for the price rangeThe food was just ok. We ordered Mango Habanero, Lemon Pepper (both traditional) & the boneless Honey Chipotle. We were NOT impressed. All of the flavors seemed to be missing something. We’ve also had better fries. We more than likely wouldn’t order from here again, BUT the food was ok & I️ think others should try it.
Awesome wings! The Santa Fe Sauce was really delicious and the smoked bone-in wings tossed in buffalo sauce had a really good flavor. Curly fries are really great too.
