This ihop needs to be completely restaffed, server took over 15 min to take our drink order then went over to the computer and got on her phone until she saw many husband staring at her then put our order in. Took over an hr to get food and creamer that I asked for 3 times. Forgot our toast asked for it still forgot it and brought us our bill as soon as she brought out the food. Then took our card and walked around with it for another 5 min only to ask the other table which card was theirs. I’ve tried multiple times with this ihop and it’s so slow every time. Also watched a table wait for their food once we got ours and they had been there way before us. It wasn’t until they asked about their food it magically appeared immediately. Tell the servers to get off their phone and do their job. DO NOT COME TO THIS ONE go to any other one

We went for breakfast this morning and had a new waitress. It was quite apparent that she wasn't trained well so I don't blame her. I do blame the manager for not following up with us to see if everything was ok. Both of our food was wrong. They charged us in full, even though I didn't eat my food. I didn't have time to argue as I had to get to work. The waitress struggled with placing the order, entering the order, understanding what was wrong and running our card. It was really a circus. The manager never showed her face or tried to help this poor girl. You have to support your employees not hang em out to dry. Very disappointed.
this is the worst ihope I ve being too .i came to have dinner at 10 30 pmthey close at 11 pmfirst the server Charlotte was really rude . she said they close in 30 minutes so the cook don't want to make more food . when I remind here that is 1 0 30 pm. she said it ok. then I ordered my food. after 15 minutes . the food showed up in to go boxes and she said the cook made this to go boxes because is almost 11 pm. is this how ihope do business . this is really unprofessional and very rude .. I hope the management will read this review and take action.

Paige our server page was fabulous! We arrived At 8:30 pm after a flight into Orlando. She was one person and she seated us and customers, took their orders put their orders in and delivered their meals and took their payment. WHAT A GREAT SERVER PAIGE WAS!
Our food was so good tonight. Was a little worried with it being slow, but it came out fresh and hot! Thanks to Kirk the cook tonight.
