Good atmosphere, great sushi!
We recently moved to Oviedo and are exploring the area, this was a great find! Service is very friendly and the taste of everything was fresh and so good! Will be coming back soon!
We go here probably 8 times a month. It's always a waiting time of 45 mins - 1 hour, which is OK. However, the past couple times, the quality of fish was unfresh and less than subpar. Tried contacting Hinode with NO response from the owner, even with photos taken. Our family will not be returning- all because of a lack of customer service from you
"First time won't be the last time" at Hinode WOW! What an experience sat at the bar, met the owner George and mentioned I love Sushi the artist performed an art show of delicious plates each one had its unique taste. But! All of them were as we say in Spanish "DELICIOUSO" if you love Sushi this is the place in 407!
Dinner box with tofu, love it. Unfortunately they were busy with outside orders. My party of 4 sat in booth waiting for our meal for about an hour with little attention from our waitress. So perhaps some additional balance would help.

I went to eat here after watching the new Spider-Man movie. Everything here was splendid. I was able to have food that excluded my allergies to shrimp. The sushi was amazing and clean. My favourite thing on the menu was the avocado fries. I also had ramune drink which they had accessible. If you want you can sit at the bar next to the sushi chefs that lets you see them prepare the sushi. They were there the while night. I would love to go again.
We made a large order for 12-13 people on New Years Eve, with several special requests/instructions. Everything was exactly as ordered, labeled, on time, and perfectly cooked.Impressive, but not at all surprised as we order from Hinode a few times a month and they are consistently good, whether sushi, hot dinner boxes, or noodle dishes. Always great. This place is a true gem.
I’ve been a loyal customer here for some time. Every time i come, I’m ready for the next visit. The staff are attentive, quick and always have a smile. I got food there today. With my to-go order I had a drink. I ask the manger helping me if they had a large cup because I was thirsty. They didn’t, but when my food came she give me an extra Sierra Mist. That made my day. I will never stop coming to this restaurant.
This is our date and family sushi/bento box place. Every time we come or pick up is always delicious And the atmosphere and service is always beyond amazing; but last night we sat at the chef bar seats and Keni even provided a more amazing experience we dine out a lot so good delicious amazing unexpected flavors are hard to find with magical ingredients but what a great dinning experience Chef keny gave us would recommend it to everyone
