Great burgers and friendly service! Their Cajun fries are the best. It's a little pricey for a full family dinner but very much worth it. I always get fries while I wait there when I'm picking up food and they hook you up with a bunch.
I ate here and woke up the next day throwing up and extreme stomach cramps which I think was food poisoning. Fries were stale and cold definitely will not be going back
I don't know why people are having so many issues. I have no complaints in fact this location is better than the other locations I've gone to. I'm usually going to this location towards the later hours, but yeah for me it's an overall good five guys.
Not a well managed location, food just isn’t good like the other locations. I was happy to have one near our house but it’s been bad every time so we won’t go anymore
Went here first a few months back. Gave it another chance and it still sucks. Burgers are sloppy. Fry servings are on par with a famine. And somehow they still haven't calibrated their soda machine and you end up with overcarbonated and watered down soda.Update on 3/13/2022:Soda machine still sucks.
I haven't been to a 5 guys in a while and after this, I probably won't be back. The prices are astronomical to say the least. For a family of 4 it was $70?!?! Sorry but the burgers aren't that good. Coke machine wasn't working properly and the product coming out was disgusting. The place is brand new and to have that kind of issue seems weird. Best of luck, but I don't see this place lasting too long under those circumstances.
Check your fries BEFORE you leave! Although my fries were hot they were a little stale and I could tell they were old as if they were already cooked earlier but reheated in the oil. I only ordered fries and this was my first time at Five Guys in over 10 years. However, this location was clean and not busy at all. I went in the evening time.
Great experience. Fresh food cooked ro order. Fabulous fries!! I ordered two regulars for three people, and still walled away with a full serving! Price wise they are awfully proud...but what is inexpensive anymore...especially food. What you do get is excellent value for your buck...fresh food...fresh toppings...fresh cut fries...Definitely worth a stop as a seriously nice treat!! Don't wait...go.
Love Five Guys but this is the second bad experience from their Oviedo location. I order the bacon cheese burger and both times I have received the bacon crumbs from the bottom of the pan. I basically think that when it is a delivery order they don't give a rip bc there is no consequences.
What a rip off. I have been coming a few years to other locations and this place is just horrible. 3 times and 3 strikes your out. Raw, bleeding meat and stale fries, order wrong, burnt buns, soggie buns. 35 minutes for a family of 4 to get our food and we counted at least 7 people working and 4 people in the store. My daughter asked for new or fresh fries and the lady working in front rolled her eyes and told the other guy and he rolled his eyes. Way to much money for this poor performance. Many more options in Oviedo. - 10 stars.
