My eggs were nearly uncooked and the dopey server never checked on me until he brought the $16 check for one person. I'll be going elsewhere for breakfast
I had a really terrible experience here after church on Sunday. Family of 4 one toddler and one new born. Hostess was great sat us down quickly ( checked online). My wife and son received their food 10 minutes before mine. They were nearly done by the time I got mine. Having kids everything is timed. We were all done eating and waitress ignored us and took forever to get check. On the exit , when I went to pay. There were 3 people standing up front behind the cash registers and only one working. Gentlemen in front of me was having a hard time paying ( card was being declined something in that nature ) took 17 minutes and 34 seconds to resolve. Yes I stop watched it on my phone so it was probably 5-10 more minutes longer than that. I get that happens but two registers not being used and two employees standing there… with that said food was good but was definitely a high stressed environment and was not enjoyable. Probably a fluke but no one apologized or even realized how hard it was to keep a toddler and a new born peaceful while being patient
Fast and Great service. Breakfast tacos were great! Clean location. Hey
The lemon ricotta pancakes!! What?? The best thing I've eaten in ages! Seriously awesome! They were light, fluffy, most, fresh, and with the perfect lemon taste. Our server was divine as was the entire staff. I can't wait to go back.
There's nothing better than a First Watch breakfast... Plentiful, healthy, even healthy cocktails. Staff is the best. I've been going there for about 2 years, maybe longer. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and consistent. Love First Watch
This is a great place to grab a bite. The place is quite clean, the food quality and presentation are superb, and the employees are quite nice and friendly. I learned that in this location they are under staffed (even before the pandemic) and that translates to partial occupancy and a relatively longer wait time to get seated (depending on the time of the day). If you are going there for a lunch/brunch or on the weekend, expect about 30 minutes of wait time, and perhaps you want to put yourself on the waiting list online before arriving. The waiting times from their online list are quite accurate (off by 2 min for my recent visit). I visited the other location on university blvd several times in the morning, and there’s no waiting time (the same friendly staff, cleanness, and quality of food apply across the board).
We've tried multiple First Watch locations and I honestly do not get why everyone loves them. It's hard to mess up breakfast but I've never once been blown away by their food. The pancakes in particular are just so boring and underwhelming--I forgot this fact and ordered one during our recent visit and I was so unimpressed that I brought it home and gave it to my dog. (For what it's worth, he seemed to enjoy it.) Service is pretty friendly, food very overrated.
Really Loved My protein Pancakes! Best Ever!
My wife and I are a big fan of First Watch because they consistently produce a quality fresh breakfast. They have a great variety of menu items which spin healthy ingredients into the fold with out sacrificing flavor or desirability. This location in Oviedo provides great service and located in a up and coming area. Check it out!
Had breakfast here on Saturday, Nov 13th around 930am. It was fairly busy. First we had one waitress bring menus and immediately ask us what we wanted, which was not enough time to view the menu, then a different waitress came asking the same questions within 2 minutes. The first waitress came back 2 minutes later and I syated we needed more time. She seemed a bit annoyed. The second waitress came back and I mentioned that we had another waitress so I wasn't sure what was going on. It was only 2 of us. We placed our order and it took quite awhile to get our food. At least 20 minutes. First my friends fruit cup had hair in it, second, the decaf coffee was all grinds, and then third my friends french toast had mold on it. By that point we were both disgusted. The waitress was told and she was a bit snippy with us refusing that it was mold on the French toast. She took the food to the back and at least 10 minutes later someone comes to the table to apologiz yo my friend only My friends meal was free, but my meal was full price, no apologies to me which I only ate not even half for fear there was hair in my food and mold too. I will not return to this location. I wasn't asking for free food by all means. But a discount or a coupon for future, other location, would have been nice.
