Wanted to give a shout-out to Rafael and Jacob for being awesome stewards of the Firehouse Subs brand. They will go out of there way to accommodate everyone. Glad I stopped in and ate there and will definitely be back very soon. Subs are amazing and the bread is super tasty. And this company gives back to our first responders too! Win win win.
I went in today to get a sub and the Toaster is broken … Why did they not get it fixed asap.. The sun tasted nasty and the store is dirty .. I go somewhere else like Jersey mikes ..
My favorite sub spot. Love that their subs/sandwiches are warm and cheese melted to perfection also have plenty of meat and cheese. The service is always friendly and organized.
they never spread the meat all the way to the end so you get bread on each end of a large instead of a well balanced sub sandwich. I requested well done toasted bread and it's not toasted or barely. they don't have hot Sriracha sauce packets in stock. didn't include pickle spear either.
Horrible experience today. Ordered at 12:10 and got our food(3 sandwiches) at 12:56.The ham is cold, they forgot to heat it as they’re supposed to.I blame management for not training these employees. I understand being backed up due to having only 3 employees and only ONE making the food, but their responsibility is to advise the customer that they’ll take 40 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. Let the customer decide if they want to wait instead of holding us hostage for 45 minutes.To then bring it home and realize they didn’t heat the ham? Horrible waste of money and time. On top of that, we asked for chocolate chip cookies and got raisin, which are nasty.
Not friendly service. Then to have my order completely wrong. When you go to call you get out on hold instantly then sat on that hold for over 15 min before giving up. Never again will I go to this location

I would give it 5 stars if the subs were on wider bread. The cost is a bit high for the serving sizes.The New York Steamer is a guilty pleasure. A classic, juicy, warm, corned beef and pastrami sub that always delivers the flavor. I would like to sample other menu items, but I can't seem to not order this sandwich every time I go here.
The meatball sub sauce was too sweet. It's not good at all. The macaroni and cheese was sub par. I would like a refund. It was the worst I ever had. It taste like factory or industrial macaroni and cheese. I ordered two and didn't eat the other one because it was not tasty. The Italian was good according to my stepson and the steak and cheese was also good. However, the portion of steak could be a bit more to fill out the sandwich. There was just bread at the end.
I like Firehouse subs but came in yesterday …Got the Hook and Ladder took it home… And it was soggy … Not made right at all… So I will go somewhere else and the store was not cleaned at all.. The drink station was nasty .. This use to be a good place to go but I won’t sit at a Table that’s not cleaned .. Another tell your employees to say Hello,. what kind of customer service is that..
