I gave this Dunkin' 3 chances with my orders. I will never come here again. When ordering at the speaker they always seem to mess up my order and even when I ordered using the app they gave me the completely wrong things that had my name sticker on it. The guy that's always at the window never seems to know what to do and has occasionally handed me someone else's order along with my wrong one. I recommend not going to this one.
I recently called in an order for 3 dozen donuts for my grandson's 10th birthday. Not only did they have them ready the following day by 8:00 a.m., but they "decorated" the birthday donuts to fit the occasion!I encourage you to give them a call for any time you want some "special" donuts made for yourself.... or to give someone else a specia treat! It's a happy experience!
Morning shift 8:40 am 4/08/20222 guys 1 girl really bad customer service I went in the store and stood at the cashier for about 2 minutes three employees came to the front looking for stuff and nobody greeted or asked for my order.Who trains this people???Seriously!!!
I came here as soon as they opened and doughnuts were so cold and not fresh at all. The sandwiches taste raw and all my food smelled like cigarettes. I ordered a matcha latte and it was so powdery and just nasty. I will never be coming back again:
I Ordered a $3 Medium Latte. At the window they stated the promotion is not going on anymore however they have a big drive thru sign. Then I found it that if you order using the app you can get the promotion. Beware, order using the app so you wont get ripped off at this location!!

Not a very pleasant feeling or look. Employees were short staff and slow. Thr kitchen doesn't look very sanitary but at least the donuts taste good. 2/5
Went thru the car service which by the way was too slow, and since thus the 1st. I visited, will not go back until the problem is been fixed. So to me was a debut and farwell party.
